I started fertile cycles with my first child at 16 mos postpartum and
continued to have luteal phases shorter than 8 days, several as short as
3 or 4 days, until 24 mos postpartum. Conceived my second child at 25
mos postpartum. With my second child I started fertile cycles at 15 mos
postpartum with normal (for me) length luteal phases of 11 to 12 days.
