Hi Mary,
I'm so sorry that you and your husband are struggling to start a family. I have been there as well, though my issues were with me, not my dh. However, I am co-moderator of a wonderful list on yahoo called Catholic-Fertility for women experiencing infertility issues. There are a number of women there whose husbands have morphology issues & who could help with some specific things they have tried. Maybe you could join us for some strength & support.
I did have an HSG done and would be happy to answer any questions off list, if you'd like.

Hi All,
I'm a newcomer to this list, but was on the CIN list. I recently
went to the doctor for infertility as we had been ttc on and off
over two years and have nothing to show for it. We have the results
from our first test, which was dh's sperm analysis. My dh it turns
out has very poor sperm morphology. Has anyone else out there
experienced this problem? We have a very healthy lifestyle, though
my husband still eats relatively poorly and has not been taking a
vitamin (though he will be now!). It would be great if someone
would like to reply on or off-list with any experiences they may
have had. Nearly everyone we know (family and friends) around our
age has already had their first and some nearly their second child,
so I often feel like we're all alone out here with our conception
problems. It's just hard to talk about for me also.
I know this is not really related, but I was wondering if anyone has
any experience with the radiological HSG test (I won't try to spell
it because I kno I can't.)
