Hi everybody,
I'm new to this group and read a lot of these messages and I noticed
that some of us have experienced the same kind of hellish headaches.
I too suffer from these ice pick headaches where it feels like
someone is trying to drill a hole through my eye or right above it.
Does anyone have difficulty breathing through either of their
nostrils? The reason I ask is that I noticed on my last headache
that I was not able to breathe through my right nostril and the major
source of my pain was my right eye. I have been to an ear, nose and
throat doctor and had my septum straightened along with my tonsils
and uvula removed. I was hoping this would also cure my sleeping
problem but unfortunately it hasn't. I feel like that is the source
of my problem and that the doctors are missing something but I'm not
sure how to prove it. Does anyone else feel the same way?
Here is a little more information about me:
I am 27 and had major jaw surgery when I was 17 (I still have 4
screws in my jaw that could also be the problem but I'm trying to see
my oral surgeon about that)
I also feel that I'm never rested and was given a CPAP machine for
sleep apnea but have not been able to use it because I am mouth
breather. I think this is also due to the sinus problem that no one
can seem to find.
I think all these problems are related somehow and I just thought I
would list them in case anyone else has similar problems.
Thanks,
Jeremy
