Hi-

Well, last night I ended up going to the ER about 1am because I just could not take this headache anymore.  I have been throwing up, passing out, ect….. 

They gave me morphine, toradol, and something for nausea.  Well whatever they gave me for nausea was just plain EVIL!  I started having the worst panic attack that I have ever had……I was convinced that something was wrong and I just about took out my IV and left!  It was really bad. 

Once they got my anxiety and pain under control, they tried to do a LP but could not find a good spot, so they sent me to radiology to have it done under flouro.  They had a neuro-radiologist do it, and he was AMAZING!  He got it on the 2nd try (as opposed to 10 tries to 3 hours) and this big wuss did not even cry…..that is a first for me!  My opening pressure was 22/0 and closing was 15/0.  I am not even having horrible back spasms! 

Now if I can get through the weekend without having to have a blood patch…………
