The insomnia monster and I know each other quite well. Right now I'm on
three antidepressants to get a decent night's sleep and to help with
mood swings.

Does anyone on the list have relatives with headache problems? My mom,
dad, and older brother to get some headaches but lucky them, they can
either sleep it off or banish it with over the counter pain meds. I got
the double whammy for some reason.
