Hi,

 

        My name is Ila and I'm 17 who's been on the list for a while. I've neen having headaches every day for about 3 years. I've been to 3 nurologists who thought I had elevated pressure in my brain stem but I then went to a pediactric nurologist at Children's hospital and they put me on, after several other medication, Nortriptlyne and I've ben on that for 2 years. I have also went to Children's Hospital's Stress Management/ Headache Clinic and I've been learning who to relax. With the clinic and accupuncture, I have been  helped tramendously. When my headaches started they were around 8's and 9's (1= least  10= serevre) now they are 2's and 3's. In 2 months I'm going to be taken off of the medication to see if it will affect my headache.

There have been no posts to this list for 9 months, is that correct? 
Is there a need to even have this group if no one cares to
participate?  Has anyone new even tried to join?

I am STILL suffering CDH and still waiting for answers, suggestions,
all that good stuff.
