I received a denial letter from Mayo saying I am not "sick" enough to be
seen there! These headaches are getting so debilitating I can hardly stand
it anymore. My local neurologist has been trying things but it isn't
working. How do I get in to the Diamond Headache Clinic? Do I need a
doctor referral? Thanks for your help...
