Celiac Disease is a severe intolerance to gluten
products. You can be intolerant to gluten, but not
have Celiac Disease which is why a doctor should run
tests if it is suspected. It can cause a lot of
problems if you have it. Some symptoms are chronic
headaches, a blistering rash, stomach pains after
eating gluten, etc. A more through search of symptoms
can be found by going to Google (or another search
engine) and typing in celiac disease.
