I have looked through all the headache / migraine groups and this
one appears to fit me more than the others so I am glad to see that
it isn't a dead group. I would like to see how others deal with
their frequent headaches and what is being done for them. A little
activity in a slow group can bring about more activity, I think.
I have had frequent headaches for as long as I can remember.
Occasionaly migraines but mostly just headaches. Doc says they are
migraines and keeps giving me migraine stuff that doesn't work. I
can't convince them because I get them so frequenty (4-5 days a
week) and they don't want me to take so much ibuprofin. I take 800
mg, usually two at a time.
