Yes I know what you mean about the spring time, it seems to be worse
I guess that's what I was wondering. I haven't had a chance to talk
to my Dr. yet about my headache, but I did talk to some else I know
that has head aches and they sent me this link. It is a set of yoga
exercises that are supposed to target headaches. I don't know if you
can do yoga, but if you can I would recommend it. My biggest problem
is getting up the energy to do it. Well here is the link.

You might have to copy and pate this in the URL box, but it is a
great site. The main site is.
http://www.yogajournal.com/index.cfm
Each exercise has a streaming video that shows you how to do the
step, look to the upper right or right side of the page and you
should see a box that has the link to the video. You don't have to
register, obviously this site is promoting their magazine and tapes
and yoga product such as mats but basically the good stuff is free.
Yoga mats are nice, I bought one at a local store, they are not hard
to find, but I suppose if you can't find one you could order one
through them.
According to my friend she says that the exercises work wonderful.
She also said she bought an Indian meditation tape. These can usually
be found where they sell yoga supplies or on Amazon or even your
local record store, usually they are cheaper there because they are
not the hottest selling items and are often found in the discount
racks. Of course you may already have a set of relaxation music or a
white noise tape. I think those little water features that circulate
water are very relaxing and if you look in your local hobby shop
during a sell you can get them pretty cheap. I know that Michael's,
if you have one in your area, are always having sells and they
usually have a coupon for 50% off anything in the store. But it is
usually for one day only.
Well I hope this information is of good use to you or anyone else in
the group.
Lots of luck,
Bobby :)
