Thanks Carolyn for your comments, I have been rather unwell
over the past few days, and so it has taken me some time to
read this site. I shall take all your comments on board and
shall be speaking with my GP very soon. Hopefully I can get
something sorted out ASAP, as this is getting me down both
emotionally and physically.
Hope everybody reading these replies is having some degree of
success in either living with, or helping people with this pain.

monthly at the current pain level). By the way its taken nearly
