This group is designed for Christian men and women who are depressed and need love and support. We focus on Christian beliefs and incorporating them into daily living. The group will discuss ways to help each other in coping with our depression. Anyone of all ages with depression is welcome to join. All new members' messages are moderated for appropriateness in order to prevent spam and making sure that people are able to keep their language clean. Clean language is an absolute must here regardless of your emotional state--this is a Christian group, and if you aren't able to keep your language clean, then we're very sorry, but this isn't the group for you. We are a very loving and accepting group, but bad language is something that's just not acceptable in a group like this. Promoting your own agenda or attempting to sell things isn't acceptable either, nor are things of a political nature, even ones in which many Christians are interested. In addition, we've found it necessary to require that members' email addresses for the group, yahoo IDs, the profile contents themselves and links within the profiles and/or websites, as well as the identifying names the group will see be non-offensive to the majority of Christians. We want to do our best to protect our members as much as possible. We're here to help one another with depression in a personal way and to grow in our daily walks with Christ--these are our primary purposes, and you will receive much Christian love and support here, as well as helpful information about fighting depression.
