That is a LIE!!! Reporting TO POLICE is ludicrous, unless done
symbolically by a large group of organized students {we were talking
about UCLA Police} and the police are duly informed of them impending
action in advance (so they could have time to prepare a statement).

Presumably their statement would clearly outline what procedures and
who the responsible authorities are, so that further action could be
taken. This is necessary since, after about a decade, Todd has
evidently not figured out who the proper authorities are. He certainly
has not defamed any of them to the extent he defames people who
actually do care about what happens in delivery room.
