REPOST following Dr. McGann's censorship of the entire Yahoo archive of my posts.
A few prefatory notes - including a note pertaining to "CHIROPRACTIC" ATTORNEY MIKE SCHROEDER
Note #1: Before Dr. McGann censored this post by censoring the entire Yahoo archive, there were two OTHER posts censored from the Yahoo archive, mentioned/quoted in this post being reposted. INTERESTING COINCIDENCE: Dr. McGann's censorship of the entire Yahoo archive of my posts occurred in mid-November - not long after another censor of my work - "chiropractic" attorney Mike Schroeder - mentioned in the posts censored from the Yahoo archive - reportedly visited Amsterdam, The Netherlands on Oct. 30, 2007. Censor McGann lives in or near Amsterdam.
Note #2: I still haven't been able to find Judge Nares' email address; so he never received the post being reposted. As I noted in the now twice-censored post (see below): Judge Nares corrected "chiropractic" Attorney Schroeder regarding the meaning of SLAPP suits...
Note #3: Regarding my subject line phrase "Do Egyptian obstetricians do it?" I am emailing Plagiarist/Censor Gary Goldman, PhD. Hopefully, Dr. Goldman will be able to inform me that he has finally published a correction of that which he plagiarized/censored - hopefully he has added the Four OB Lies - and hopefully he has corrected the Egyptian obstetrician error.
JUDGE NARES: BIRTH-CANAL-CLOSING: DO EGYPTIAN OBSTETRICIANS DO IT?
Prefatory note: Missing Yahoo messages!
I've reproduced substantial excerpts of the missing Yahoo messages below.
Why didn't Yahoo notify me?
JUDGE GILBERT NARES: Plagiarist/Censor Gary Goldman and a very powerful
political player - MIKE SCHROEDER, former chairman of the Calif. Republican
Party - are silently helping to perpetuate mass baby strangulation by
MD-obstetricians. See AMAZING COINCIDENCES, reproduced below.
Plagiarist/Censor Goldman SAYS he reported suspected child abuse - but I
suspect he might be lying. He is not apparently asking UCLA police why they
found his report "not acceptable."
Judge Nares, please immediately order an end to the mass baby strangulation
and birth canal closing. Thanks. Sincerely, Dr. Gastaldo.
JUDGE NARES: BIRTH-CANAL-CLOSING: DO EGYPTIAN OBSTETRICIANS DO IT?
NO said Plagiarist/Censor Medical Veritas Editor-in-Chief Gary Goldman, PhD,
anonymously, in his 2005 plagiarism (quoted below).
In a personal email to me, Plagiarist/Censor Goldman made reference to one
(unnamed) Egyptian physician to support his claim.
Contrary to Plagiarist/Censor Goldman's claim, Egypt's largest obstetric
teaching hospital "nearly universally" closes birth canals the "extra" up to
30%. See below.
(Check out Plagiarist/Censor Goldman's whitewash of CNMwife JUDITH MERCER'S
baby strangulation
experiment, below. And see Goldman's fellow editor Dr. Morley promoting a
"lesser" baby strangulation experiment:
http://groups.google.ms/group/misc.kids.pregnancy/msg/86eaab3092978298)
DR. GOLDMAN:
TWO ACTION STEPS:
1) FIND OUT WHY UCLA POLICE FOUND YOUR SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE REPORT "NOT
ACCEPTABLE"; and
2) EDITORIALLY URGE OTHER PhD's (and MDs) TO REPORT.
TO ALL READERS:
Sadly, most MD-obstetricians worldwide DO close birth canals - up to 30% -
senselessly.
In 1992, I cited radiographic and clinical evidence indicating that by using
the most common medical delivery positions (semisitting and dorsal
delivery), MD-obstetricians are closing birth canals up to 30%. See Gastaldo
TD. Birth. 1992;19(4):230-1. NOTE: Blackwell Publishing recently granted
FREE ACCESS. Go to: http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/toc/bir/19/4 (Scroll
down to my 1992 letter and click.)
Later, I noted that MD-obstetricians indirectly ADMIT ON VIDEO that they
routinely close birth canals up to 30%; that is, the American College of
Obstetricians and Gynecologists' (ACOGs') Shoulder Dystocia training video
purports to demonstrate how to allow the birth canal to open maximally when
babies get stuck - which is the indirect admission that obstetricians
routinely close birth canals up to 30%.
Worse, when babies get stuck MD-obstetricians routinely KEEP the birth canal
closed the "extra" up to 30% (they keep women semisitting or dorsal) as they
pull with forceps and vacuums (1 in 10 births) - sometimes pulling so hard
they rip spinal nerves out of tiny spinal cords. (Forceps and vacuums are
usually employed with the mother semisitting or dorsal.)
As indicated above...
AT ONE EGYPTIAN HOSPITAL...
BIRTH-CANAL-CLOSING IS "NEARLY UNIVERSALLY PRACTICED"
In December 2005 (the same year Dr. Goldman published his remarkable
claim)....
KARIMA KHALIL, MBBCh, MPH et al. reported spending 28 days and nights
"Categorizing Practices for Normal Birth in an Egyptian Teaching
Hospital"..."Egypt's largest obstetrics teaching hospital, which delivers
20,000 women and trains 225 doctors annually..."
Khalil et al. found "supine and lithotomy position were nearly universally
practiced" at Egypt's largest obstetrics teaching hospital.
FACT: Supine and lithotomy place women on their sacra, closing their birth
canals the "extra" up to 30%. The biomechanics are SIMPLE. See Gastaldo
[1992, FREE ACCESS discussed above]...
Khalil et al. reported:
"Hospital staff found the findings a 'mirror of daily practice'...the
Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population has included the research
findings in its national practitioner training curriculum..."
Then again, this was just ONE Egyptian hospital, albeit Egypt's largest
obstetrics teaching hospital.
Could it be possible that most other Egyptian hospitals do not close birth
canals the "extra" up to 30%?
Question...
DOES EGYPT'S SETTEC GROUP HAVE CONSULTANTS IN OBSTETRICS?
According to the Egyptian/SETTEC website, the SETTEC GROUP "has access to a
pool of consultants locally and internationally covering all fields..."

Mohamed, Mohamed and Ahmed,
Greetings from Oregon, USA.
I am looking for corroboration of the remarkable claim of Dr. Goldman whose
source was one unnamed Egyptian physician [personal communication with Dr.
Goldman].
SOME HISTORY
Two years ago, Dr. Goldman PLAGIARIZED and CENSORED: He told me he thought
the mass birth-canal-closing was an "atrocity." He failed though to SAY
"atrocity" (or "child abuse") in his journal as he anonymously published
much of my birth position synthesis but left out my name and the citation
for my 1992 letter to Birth - as well as the Four OB Lies which prove that
MD-obstetricians are criminally negligent.
(I am in favor of pardons in advance for MDs. As medical students, MDs are
TRAINED to perform obvious felonies.)
After I publicly protested Dr. Goldman's plagiarism and censorship...
See Babies in danger: This PhD's suspected child abuse report was 'not
acceptable', said UCLA police...
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/4762
Dr. Goldman publicly indicated he is going to sue me.
I responded by publicly asking Dr. Goldman (Pearblossom Publishing), in
spite of our dispute, to offer FREE ACCESS to his plagiarism - to aid
persons reporting the obvious mass child abuse. (I noted that Blackwell
Publishing had just offered free access for all to my 1992 letter to Birth.
See above for free access details.)
I also indicated that Dr. Goldman should 1) call law enforcement and find
out why his suspected child abuse report was "not acceptable"; and 2) urge
other PhDs (and MDs) to report the obvious mass child abuse. (Dr. Goldman
recently said he DID report the "atrocity" as child abuse two years ago; but
two years ago Dr. Goldman first told me he would report - then said he had
decided NOT to report. I had no idea that he had reported until quite
recently - if indeed he did.)
See Diony: Ongoing Mass Baby Strangulation (also: Good news/Bad news)
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/4794
In "response" to this just cited post, Dr. Goldman FAILED to offer free
access to the plagiarism/censorship, FAILED to indicate that he had called
law enforcement to find out why his suspected child abuse report "not
acceptable." Dr. Goldman did though ask me to look (again) at his
anonymous introduction to the Forum he published two years ago - as he
pretended that he was not aware until recently that I had problems with his
plagiarism/censorship behavior.
I didn't KNOW that he had composed the introduction/plagiarism until Donna
Young told me recently that he was the author.
As I composed this email, I received from Donna Young an indication that Dr.
Goldman is not only NOT going to offer free access to his
plagiarism/censorship - if I do not edit his introduction (I edited it two
years ago!) - he will DELETE his plagiarism/censorship from future printings
of this particular issue of his online Medical Veritas journal...
And - says Dr. Goldman to Donna Young - not only will he delete HIS
plagiarism/censorship (his introduction), he will delete the similar
plagiarism/censorship of Lisa Muscarella - as well as the work of Kathy
Blanco and Donna Young.
ARRGGHHH...
Earth to Dr. Goldman: Keep your plagiarism/censorship on the web as you sue
me - and give FREE ACCESS (like Blackwell Publishing did) - to help other
PhDs (and MDs) when they finally start reporting.
YOUR PROPOSED FURTHER CENSORSHIP DOES NOT HELP BABIES.
TWO YEARS AGO, I told Dr. Goldman that Lisa Muscarella work (which he
re-published) was plagiarism/censorship of MY work. That is, Lisa
Muscarella's similar "prevention" essay for the United Brachial Plexus Palsy
Network/UBPN is plagiarism of my birth position synthesis and censorship of
the Four OB Lies.
Dr. Goldman is PRETENDING that he was not informed of Muscarella's
plagiarism/censorship - even as he tells Donna Young that her wonderful work
is to be deleted from his journal.
>
> Dear Donna,

> I am hoping Todd responds to the request below. If he does not

Donna wrote: "As for any allegations Lisa [Muscarella] stole your ideas, and
there needs to be a correction, you can copy, Lisas article. She had been
advised, suggested by me, to give your credits."
BOTH Lisa and Dr. Goldman stole my ideas. Both censored the Four OB Lies
that I painstakingly dug out of the literature. MOST IMPORTANTLY both
failed to report in Medical Veritas that they had REPORTED the "atrocities"
("atrocities" was Dr. Goldman's word) as mass suspected child abuse.
Early on (two years ago), Dr. Goldman indicated that it is not appropriate
to call attention to child abuse by MDs. (Afterwards, Dr. Goldman CENSORED
the words "child abuse" from my work - then (I say again) he promised he
would report child abuse - then said he wouldn't. Now - two years later -
he says he did report. I'm not so sure he did - I hope he will prove me
wrong. See ACTION STEPS at the beginning of this post.)
Instead of focusing now on offering children/babies the MINIMUM protection
afforded by the child protection statutes (as I recommended)....
Dr. Goldman is now pretending I didn't already edit his introduction (two
years ago)!
He wants me to do MORE work for him - as he sues me for (correctly) calling
him a plagiarist/censor!
Here is Dr. Goldman's email to me as (apparently) it appeared when he sent
it to Donna Young...
> Dear Todd,

My sense is that Dr. Goldman is now ham-handedly trying to HIDE HIS
PLAGIARISM as his lawsuit against me proceeds.
My sense is that Dr. Goldman is now threatening to censor one of his
hard-working authors - Donna Young - to cause her to plead with me to do
work I already did for him - TWO YEARS AGO.
My sense is that as the lawsuit proceeds, Dr. Goldman's
plagiarism/censorship should remain on the web - perhaps with a link to this
email - hopefully with a LONG-OVERDUE editorial note from Dr. Goldman that
he suspects mass child abuse "atrocities" and hopes that other PhDs (and
MDs) will report - and join him in finding out why UCLA police deemed his
report "not acceptable."
"PHYSICIANS IN EGYPT"...
Here is the pertinent "Egyptian physicians don't do it" excerpt from Dr.
Goldman's anonymous Forum introduction/plagiarism as he recently reproduced
it for me:
"The on the back (dorsal lithotomy) or semi sitting (supine) delivery
positions commonly used routinely today in the U.S. and Canada (and many
other countries), actually close the birth canal by as much as 30% and place
undue stress and pressure on both the mother and the child. Interestingly,
due to their awareness of the motion of the bones of the pelvic girdle,
physicians in Egypt avoid placing mothers in lithotomy. Instead, an on the
side position or a position where the buttocks (and the patient) are forward
and off the table, allows the coccyx to drop. This and other delivery
position (hand sand knees, kneeling, standing, etc.) permits the birth canal
to open by up to 30% more [1]. Studies have shown that continuing the
routine use of the supine position during the second stage of labor is
unjustified and responsible for a higher rate of instrumental deliveries and
episiotomies [2]."
Dr. Goldman's source may be Ali Saber Mohamed, MB, BCH, D Psych, Editor
(Egypt)
www.medicalveritas.com/expertauthors.html
I am cc'ing Dr Mohamed via ali_sabeg@.... This Egyptian
neuropsychiatrist interested in disability - indeed ALL medical doctors -
should join me in helping to PREVENT disability.
Dr. Goldman continued his introduction/plagiarism...
"By placing women so they are lying on their backs or semi sitting on their
sacral tips, physicians are not allowing the tip of the sacrum to move
backward, and are closing what would otherwise be available space for the
baby to most safely pass through. As early as 1913 Emmons described a
position that would allow the sacrum to move backward and thereby optimize
the size of the birth canal during delivery. He wrote, 'Moving backward of
the tip of the sacrum...enlarges the available space not merely directly in
proportion to the distance backward, but more nearly by the square of that
distance [3].' By denying birthing mothers the movement of the sacral tip in
the dorsal positions, physicians can resort to pulling when the babies get
stuck. This force can potentially rip spinal nerves from the spinal cords,
in some cases causing the infant paralysis or death..."
Dr. Goldman: I worked on this introduction TWO YEARS AGO - a fact I noted
in a recent email: "Plagiarist/censor Goldman white-washes again - babies
be damned"...
I am pretty sure the email was archived as Message #4781...
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/4781
But Message #4781 does not appear in the list of messages...
And when one searches for Message #4781, one encounters the following
message:
"The group chiro-list is temporarily unavailable"...
Maybe Dr. Goldman is already getting assistance in his lawsuit?
As I noted at the beginning of the missing message: "Check out Goldman's
whitewash of CNMwife JUDITH MERCER'S baby strangulation
experiment, below.)"
A powerful attorney - former Calif. Republican Party Chairman Mike
Schroeder - may also have helped perpetuate the mass baby strangulation when
10 MD-obstetricians sued the Calif. Chiro. Bd years ago.
^^^For my account of what happened with Schroeder (Schroeder's Rule 302 and
SLAPP may have been to
cover-up the mass baby strangulation crime of MD-obstetricians) see AMAZING

Obstetrics as cruelty and degradation...
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/4759
"MAKE A BIG EPISIOTOMY"
The birth-canal-closing/spinal manipulation is often accompanied by
"GENEROUS" slicing of the vagina so that the MD-obstetrician can appear to
be doing everything possible to open the birth canal - even as the
MD-obstetrician closes the birth canal up to 30% (keeps the woman
semisitting or dorsal).
Two attorney authors in Operative Obstetrics - James
J.Nocon and Les Weisbrod (Nocon is an MD obstetric specialist) say:
"Make a big episiotomy. Although there is no evidence that it does
anything other than enhance the ability to insert one's hand in the
vagina, it will indicate that the operator is functioning in a logical
and systematic manner..."^^^
^^^Nocon and Weisbrod. In O'Grady. Operative Obstetrics. Williams and
Wilkins 1995:349.
There is nothing "logical and systematic" about MD-obstetricians keeping the
birth canal closed up to 30% then slicing the vagina to make it appear that
everything possible is being done to open the birth canal.
I should note that Nocon and Weisbrod forgot to mention that
MD-obstetricians are keeping birth canals closed the "extra" up to 30% as
they slice vaginas to be seen to be doing everything possible to open birth
canals.
BTW, vaunted birth trauma Atty Les Weisbrod wrote to tell me that NOCON was
responsible for the medical errors.
Most birth traumas occur with the mother semisitting or dorsal, birth canal
closed the "extra" up to 30%.
To my knowledge, NO birth trauma attorney has told a jury that
MD-obstetricians are routinely closing birth canals up to 30% and routinely
KEEPING birth canals closed the "extra" up to 30% when babies get stuck - as
they offer "generous" episiotomies to be seen to be doing everything
possible to open the birth canal.

Mass infant PENIS slicing...
Again quoting California Penal Code Section 11165.1...(b): "'sexual
assault' includes...(3) Any intrusion by one person into the genitals or
anal opening
of another person, including the use of any object for this purpose, except
that, it does not include acts performed for a valid medical reason..."
MD-obstetricians routinely penetrate and SLICE-OFF a genital opening - the
preputial niche - the genital opening formed by the infant foreskin.
In this regard, I wrote to the just mentioned Dr. Jensen:
Regarding cruelty and degradation...
Don't forget MD-obstetricians routinely ripping and slicing infant
penises....
Look what happened after I exposed MDs using phony "babies can't feel pain"
neurology^^^...
See HIV: Keeping MDs out of prison: Dr. Poland, AAP and infant circumcision
revisited [visit website]
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med/msg/43c7261a4aafff5a
^^^Soon after I exposed the phony "babies can't feel" pain neurology,
especially interesting were the American Academy of Pediatrics/AAP's
responses after I petitioned Congress for a religious exemption from the
child abuse statutes for the ancient Jewish ritual that leaves most of the
foreskin on the penis. See HIV: Keeping MDs out of prison, URL just cited.
(Most Jews submit their children to American medicine's TOTAL foreskin
amputation ritual even though God originally/reportedly commanded leaving
most of the foreskin on the penis.)
Mass infant penis ripping and slicing is American medicine's most frequent
surgical behavior toward males.
The infant screams should have ended BILLIONS of dollars' worth of infant
screams ago - back in 1987 when I pointed out that AAP had just perpetuating
phony "babies can't feel pain" neurology.
Ending the infant screams not only instantly saves America an estimated $400
million per year.
Ending the infant screams also PRESERVES the surgery as a CHOICE American
males can make for themselves in adulthood.
MILLIONS per year can be saved - just by protecting infants.
It is likely that BILLIONS per year can be saved by stopping the mass
birth-canal-closing and mass baby-blood-robbery.
ABOUT DR. GASTALDO...FOLLOW THE MONEY...
I have been laboring without pay for over 20 years. I have been spending my
money and others' money to do this work. I would like to pay people back
generously - with plenty left for myself.
"Self-serving."
Dr. Goldman plagiarised my synthesis and censored the Four OB Lies -
censoring because he felt I was being "self-serving," he said.
See Birth in America: Suspected Child Abuse
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/3299
All I did was truthfully state what I had done. And I spent my valuable
time doing so **at Dr. Goldman's request**!
Dr. Goldman CENSORED me for my trouble - failed to publicize the Four OB
Lies...
See Gary Goldman's 'Medical Veritas': Truth or whitewash?
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/3295
I AM being self-serving! Since around 1984, I have been working to PREVENT
the most bizarre "healthcare" child abuse offered by MDs and thereby SAVE
America billions.
My idea - cleverly resisted by Dr. Goldman and silently resisted by so many
others (including law enforcement) - is to simply have LAW ENFORCEMENT
finally end the MD crimes. If my idea saves those billions - hopefully I
can CLAIM some of those billions via QUI TAM. (Hopefully, California Atty
Genl Jerry Brown and Oregon Atty Genl Hardy Myers will help me out in both
regards. As usual, I will cc Hardy via hardy.myers@....)
At the very least, I would like a whistle-blower's QUI TAM portion of the
billions MD-pediatricians and MD-obstetricians "earned" after they LIED -
after I exposed their phony "babies can't feel pain" neurology back in 1987.
Sorry to repeat myself but... Again regarding my exposure of the phony
"babies can't feel pain" neurology, American MDs did some bizarre things
after I petitioned Congress for an exemption from the child abuse statutes
for the ancient Jewish ritual that leaves most of the foreskin on the penis.
American medicine's infant penis ripping and slicing ritual is TOTAL
foreskin amputation - sometimes fatal - still no medical reason - OBVIOUS
child abuse - see the California Penal Code quoted above.

AMAZING COINCIDENCE...
Some might Google my name and see that I lost a defamation lawsuit to Atty
Mike Schroeder - and (ad hominem) argue that I must be wrong on this or that
other issue. (Donna Young is the latest person to have done this.)
As the California Supreme Court wrote in Barrett v. Rosenthal:
"[E]ven when a defamation claim is 'clearly nonmeritorious,' the threat of
liability 'ultimately chills the free exercise of expression.' (Baker v. Los
Angeles Herald Examiner (1986) 42 Cal.3d 254, 268; see also Time, Inc. v.
Hill
(1967) 385 U.S. 374, 389.)"
Fortunately, I now know that legislatures have passed SLAPP laws making
it easy to defeat SLAPP suits.
The California Supreme Court recently called SLAPP suits "the Heckler's
Veto" in Barrett v. Rosenthal.
I learned $25,000 too late that I had been SLAPPed by Attorney Mike
Schroeder...
My first reaction was to ask Atty Schroeder what it would take to make
his lawsuit go away.
He wanted a retraction and $1,000.
He sent me obvious lies to sign.
I refused to sign Atty Schroeder's lies.
I tried to get the trial moved to Oregon but failed. A $25,000 default
judgement resulted - which I paid. The merits of the case were never argued.
Instead of being intellectually honest in their argumentation...
Some people still promote Atty Schroeder's SLAPP/"heckling" of me
discussed
in a Dynamic Chiropractic "hit" piece on the web titled "The Cost of Voicing
Opinions on the Internet."
See http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med/msg/951223d0dbd6c84c
FOR THE DYNAMIC CHIROPRACTIC "HIT" PIECE itself, go to:
http://www.chiroweb.com/archives/18/04/05.html
Dynamic Chiropractic once boasted:
"When we at 'DC' write a news story, we give conflicting parties the
opportunity to express their points of view. This is called balanced
reporting. Not all publications however honor this practice of ethical
journalism."
http://www.chiroweb.com/archives/11/09/10.html
I was never interviewed for the just mentioned Dynamic Chiropractic "hit"
piece. (The editor/publisher is Don Petersen, Jr., son of Sr. - the man who
published my first article on routine infant penis ripping and slicing.)
Mr. Petersen's "hit piece" contains a rather obvious leap of logic, as in,
"As an
attorney, Mr. Schroeder knew Dr. Gastaldo's false comments were actionable."
False comments are indeed actionable; but my comments were not proven to be
false - and - here's the kicker - false comments about public figures
(Schroeder was attorney for the chiro board) are NOT actionable if they
are not made with "actual malice."
We all have a First Amendment right to petition for redress of grievances -
so even false comments are protected speech if they are not made with
"actual malice."
The Dynamic Chiropractic "hit" piece was rather obvious "yellow journalism":
Atty Schroeder may still be functioning as an attorney for Dynamic
Chiropractic editor/publisher Donald Petersen, Jr. who STILL has not
published the facts.
Assuming Atty Schroeder manipulated Dynamic Chiropractic, it would not be
the first time he's manipulated the press...
I will cc Atty Schroeder via Don Petersen, Jr. via don@...
SCHROEDER'S "SECRET PACT WITH AN AMBITIOUS LOS ANGELES TIMES REPORTER..."
R. Scott Moxley wrote in 2003:
"Confident that the news would never get back to Orange County, [Schroeder]

engineered a secret pact with an
ambitious Los Angeles Times reporter to lend credibility to Dornan's
fanciful and ultimately dismissed accusation that Loretta Sanchez stole the

if sordid press manipulation and a lack of appreciation for journalistic
independence come naturally..."

WHO WAS/IS SCHROEDER'S "AMBITIOUS LOS ANGELES TIMES REPORTER"?
I ask because LA Times reporter Christine Hanley contacted me, asking for
evidence for my
claim that Schroeder asked me to sign obvious lies to make his lawsuit go
away.
Orange County Register reporter R. Scott Moxley wrote on Dec. 13, 2006:
"Except for the pending results of FBI probes into allegations of high-level

Schroeder Plays the Times Like a Piano
Dornan attorney says Times reporters worked for him

MIKE SCHROEDER'S PREDICTION
BACK TO MOXLEY'S 2006 ARTICLE...
"[N]o story is anticipated more by insiders than an upcoming Los Angeles
Times profile of the Schroeders, who live in a modest, hillside Newport
Beach house overlooking Irvine. Multiple sources at the paper confirm that
the story has been written and is awaiting management's decision on a
publication date.
"Three points are obvious from my own research: veteran Times reporter
Christine Hanley has conducted a wide-ranging, in-depth investigation for
more than a year; the Schroeders, who loathe Hanley, lobbied for another
Times reporter, Christopher Goffard, to write the story; and though the
Schroeders lost that battle, it's unclear what shocking revelations-if
any-will be forthcoming.
<snip>
"[Mike Schroeder's] reaction is symbolized by a shoulder shrug.
"'For anyone to care about Hanley's story, it's got to have some breaking
news about me,' he said. 'It won't. It will be an extended whine. She's
probably getting her bad information from George [Jaramillo]. And besides,
nobody reads the Times anyway.'"
"Mike Schroeder is a prolific quote machine. Silent for a moment, he added,
'If Hanley and the Times want to write a story that essentially says I'm
this big, powerful guy, be my guest. I'm not crazy. I'd take that story
every day.'"
http://www.ocweekly.com/news/news/the-reporter-vs-the-republican-power-couple/26358/
WHAT IF LA TIMES REPORTER HANLEY WAS **WORKING** FOR SCHROEDER?
(WHAT IF **MOXLEY** WAS WORKING FOR SCHROEDER TOO? WHY DIDN'T MOXLEY
MENTION SCHROEDER PREVIOUSLY PLAYING THE LA TIMES "LIKE A PIANO"?)
What if Hanley's real job was to find out what EVIDENCE Schroeder's enemies
have
for their claims?
What if Hanley's job (in regard to me, a minor player - or am I?), was to
find out whether
I still had evidence for my claim that Schroeder asked me to sign a pack of
lies to make his lawsuit go away?
When she asked for them, I dutifully digitized the documents and sent them
to her via a PDF
file I think it was.
I never heard anything further from her.
Ultimately, someone else wrote the article about Schroeder - and as
Schroeder
predicted - it wasn't all that critical of him.
One observer ("Jubal") blogged:
"[O]ne wonders, 'why the fuss'? A long piece saying Mike Schroeder is a
tough, effective, powerful Orange County political player. Stop the
presses!"
http://www.ocblog.net/ocblog/2007/01/the_la_times_pr.html
Given the previously reported "information sharing pact" with the LA Times
(see above), it is possible that all the "fuss" was about Schroeder AGAIN
using an LA
Times reporter - this time to find out who had evidence to support
allegations against him.
MANY people might have unwittingly given Schroeder documents proving their
allegations against him - via secret "information sharing" - via an LA Times
reporter.
[Schroeder would have found out who he could easily beat in court - because
they did not produce documents for the LA Times - and who he could not
easily beat in court - because they DID produce documentation for their
claims against him.]
THE AMAZING COINCIDENCE
About the time Atty Schroeder SLAPPed me, he tried to buffalo an appeals
court
on the meaning of California's anti-SLAPP statute...
Wrote Judge Gilbert Nares et al. (Court of Appeal of the State of
California, Fourth Appellate District, Division One):
"Although Schroeder argues that the statute is designed to suppress
protected activity--his right to sue the government--we conclude the statute
is primarily designed to promote and encourage protected conduct--the right
of defendants to exercise their First Amendment rights without fear of
unmeritorious SLAPP lawsuits."
--Nares et al. in MICHAEL J. SCHROEDER, Plaintiff and Appellant vs. CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRVINE et al., Defendants and Respondents.
No. D038976, In the Court of Appeal of the State of California, Fourth
Appellate District, Division One, (Super. Ct. No. 00CC02785)
http://www.cfac.org/CaseLaw/Cases/Schroeder_v_City_Council.html
FURTHER AMAZING COINCIDENCE: Judge Gilbert Nares was the judge who, during
my first divorce, taught me that the child protection statutes have teeth.
He asked why we were getting divorced. "He's argumentative," said her
attorney. Judge Nares asked for an example of an argument. She didn't have
any examples. I had an example. Judge Nares lectured her in open court.
I had NO idea the ramifications of my sharing the details of a huge argument
with my soon-to-be ex-wife. It was the biggest mistake of my life.
So... Judge Nares - the judge who schooled my first wife and me regarding
the child protection statutes - later was one of the judges who schooled
Atty Schroeder regarding SLAPP suits around the time Atty Schroeder SLAPPed
me.
I thought it a truly amazing coincidence.
Atty Schroeder SLAPPed me because I said he "bilked" the Calif. Chiro. Board
out of hundreds of thousands in DC licensing fees when he defended the Board
against 10 MD-obstetricians (and others) who sued the Board - ostensibly
protesting the Board's adoption of Atty Schroeder's Rule 302 - but I think
intending to judicially RUBBERSTAMP Atty Schroeder's Rule 302.
Atty Schroeder's Rule 302 said that California DCs - who by Board regulation
used to have to attend a birth to graduate/get licensed - could no longer
even sever umbilical cords. (BTW, Calif. Atty. Genl Jerry Brown who was then
Governor spoke at the last function where I saw California's last
chiropractic obstetrician - Laura Flores, DC, PhD.)
Atty Schroeder's Rule 302 was just a regulation. The mass baby
strangulation by MD-obstetricians is a massive crime. It is not beyond the
pale to suggest that the 10 MD-obstetricians - and Atty Schroeder -
conspired to cause a COURT to make it so DCs could not testify as experts
regarding the mass baby strangulation being committed by MD-obstetricians.
I say this because when I contacted the Board years ago, a man calling
himself Mike Schroeder, attorney for the Board, told me it was not within
the California scope of chiropractic practice for me to inform women that
MDs are senselessly closing birth canals up to 30%.
And when I contacted then-Governor Pete Wilson's office about the obvious
crime, I was assured by Gov. Wilson's office that such things were outside
my scope of practice.
I think the Mike Schroeder, Atty for the Board ("outside your scope of
practice") might have been the same Atty Schroeder who later SLAPPed me. I
think then-Gov. Pete Wilson's office was using Schroeder's Rule 302 against
me - against babies.
Atty Schroeder calls himself a "chiropractic" attorney.

THE FEDERAL CAM SCAM: NIH/NCCAM's definition of CAM is badly
subluxated.
(NCCAM is NIH's National Center for Complementary and Alternative
Medicine.)
NCCAM's stated "legal mandate" includes identifying and investigating
"complementary and alternative" medical treatment (CAM)...
http://nccam.nih.gov/about/plans/2005/index.htm
BUT...by NCCAM definition, identifying and investigating
"complementary
and alternative" medical treatment (CAM) can't involve identifying
and
investigating CAM performed by MDs when CAM performed by MDs is "an
integral part of conventional medicine."
(Complementary and alternative medical treatment (CAM) is
defined in the NCCAM Strategic Plan (2005-2009) as "medical practices
that are 'unproven by science and not presently considered an
integral part of conventional medicine (also referred to as
biomedicine, or
mainstream or allopathic medicine)..."
http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-07-003.html)
As indicated above, attempted cover-up of ongoing criminal behavior of
MDs may be the reason for the badly subluxated NIH/NCCAM definition of
CAM.
AMI itself might have been subluxated for the same reason - with AMI-
affiiliated DCs remaining silent, hoping to gain political plums from
politically powerful organized medicine
AMI is promoting the fraudulent notion that CAM is mostly only part of
"alternative" medicine. AMI makes reference to "The Best Medicine of
Both Worlds," as in,
"We integrate the most current evidence-based protocols from both
conventional medicine and alternative medicine to achieve 'The Best
Medicine of Both Worlds' (sm)."
http://www.amibestmed.com/ (Click on "Home")
To be sure, there is a CAM world and there is a conventional medicine
world - but they are substantially the same worlds - inhabited/
dominated by MDs including criminal CAM practitioners called OB/GYNs.

How You View a Thing
Both the hummingbird and the vulture fly over the nation's deserts. All
vultures see is rotting meat, because that is what they
look for. They thrive on that diet. But hummingbirds ignore the smelly flesh
of dead animals. Instead, they look for the colorful
blossoms of desert plants.
The vultures live on what was. They live on the past. They fill
themselves with what is dead and gone. But hummingbirds live on
what is. They seek new life. They fill themselves with freshness and life.
Each bird finds what it is looking for. We all do...Sincerely,
Gary
##### Readers,
##### Neither vultures nor hummingbirds plagiarize or censor.
Plagiarist/Censor Gary Goldman, PhD - instead of acknowledging his
intellectual dishonesty - perpetuates it - whitewashes it - publicly
pretends he has been behaving like a hummingbird. What rot.
##### Two years ago, the plagiarist/censor whitewashed the
birth-canal-closing behavior of MD-obstetricians instead of pointing out the
Four OB Lies and giving credit where credit was (and still is) due. See
GARY S. GOLDMAN'S "MEDICAL VERITAS": TRUTH OR

##### One of Plagiarist/Censor Goldman's editors - George Malcolm Morley, MB
ChB FACOG - promotes a "finger-thumb" baby strangulation experiment.

##### The plagiarist/censor Goldman STILL fails to report as child abuse his
editor's obvious promotion of baby strangulation - which might explain why
the plagiarist/censor whitewashed the baby strangulation experiment of
CNMwife Judith Mercer - see below.

Gary,
You exclaimed in one of your emails: "My specialty is vaccine adverse
reactions!"
Don't forget to look at physicians CONCEALING a serious vaccine adverse
reaction
(failure-to-immunize) as they fraudulently promote their vaccinations as
being 100% effective as they
(in effect) deny massive numbers of babies massive numbers of free daily
immunizations.
See the very end of this post...
You recently wrote:
"Dear Dr. Todd Gastaldo...I have attached what will be an introduction to
the Forum concerning birthing procedures....Can I attribute credit to you
somehow in this information that you graciously provided (especially with
regard to 30%)?Sincerely, Gary"
EARTH TO GARY...
As long as you are putting my words into the mouths of Kathy Blanco, Donna
Young and Lisa Muscarella (two of these women have censored me; see
below)...
Why not say my words as *I* would say them - sort of like the way I
sent them to you. Remember, I sent you MY words - a piece authored by ME -
after you asked me (a second time) to modify someone else's delivery
position chart?
How funny that you say you thought I did not want to be mentioned (in your
first effort)
because I declined membership on your editorial board! I had no idea that
declining membership on an editorial board means that one does not want
credit for one's work - LOL!
Also funny, regarding Kathy Blanco - one of the two
censors in your trio of authors of my information... Kathy asked me to be on
HER board - and I
accepted - then she kicked me off - censored me - after I took some of
my/her
fellow board members (MDs) to task for ignoring mass child abuse by MDs.
(When she censored me, I posted her "logic" and my criticism of same. You
can find my
criticism of her "logic" in the Google usenet archive. Maybe I'm wrong -
but I think that when children are being abused en masse - the MDs
"performing" the abuse should stop. That failing, other MDs should be doing
the MINIMUM required by law and reporting child abuse.)
Here's a novel idea Gary...
In a journal titled MEDICAL VERITAS - why not PLAINLY DOCUMENT medical
lies - and maybe actually CALL them medical lies - or at least falsehoods -
and point out plainly who has been exposing and challenging them?
You WHITEWASHED the medical lies...
For example you made it sound like the
authors of Williams Obstetrics ACCIDENTALLY left the phony "dorsal widens"
crap in their text - as you left me out of the picture a second time -
LOL!
Gary, I have corrected my part of your essay/intro "authored by Kathy
Blanco, Donna Young and Lisa Muscarella" - see below.
STOP THE WHITEWASH GARY.
MDs are committing OBVIOUS mass child abuse. Whitewashing helps OBs
perpetuate their mass child abuse. Stop helping them.
Gary, my NOTE TO PREGNANT WOMEN at the beginning is especially important.
It's always best to put the problem - and the simple solution - right up
front - IN PLAIN ENGLISH - LOL.
Finally Gary, I say again...
You exclaimed in one of your emails: "My specialty is vaccine adverse
reactions!"
Don't forget to look at physicians CONCEALING a serious vaccine adverse
reaction

PS1 I will cc all three women so they know what you are
considering publishing under their names. The two censors may not want
their names above what I wrote in revision. I think THEY (Lisa and Kathy)
want to whitewash the obvious MD crimes - I think that's why they censored
me in the first place - LOL! Gary, this is the SECOND TIME you left me
out. You also left
out the part about OBs lying. Are you in cahoots with Lisa Muscarella?
First I re-read what I sent you - then I re-read your Intro - and - well -
your essay looked like it was written by Lisa Muscarella - LOL!
PS2 I will cc Dr. Mark Sircus. director@... My recollection is that
you and Mark
originally thought up the idea for MEDICAL VERITAS - and then you guys
parted ways - you got the journal. Were you trying to whitewash Mark's
stuff too? Or was he just too focused on mercury in vaccines? (Not a bad
focus if one has to have a focus!)
GASTALDO'S CORRECTED VERSION....(Gary's original version - his Kathy Blanco,
Donna Young, Lisa Muscarella whitewash of my info - is reproduced below.)
Forum: Natural birth: improved outcomes for both mother and child
Kathy Blanco, Donna Young, Lisa Muscarella
Introduction
Current birthing position is challenged
In 1992, Dr. Todd D. Gastaldo, a chiropractor, noted in the medical
literature the radiographic evidence that on-the-back (dorsal lithotomy or
semi-sitting) delivery positions actually close the birth canal up to 30%.
[Gastaldo TD. Labor posture. Birth.
1992;19(4):230]http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?CMD=search&DB=pubme\
d
NOTE TO PREGNANT WOMEN: Side-lying, hands-and-knees, kneeling, standing,
etc. allow the birth canal to open the "extra" up to 30%, but Dr. Gastaldo
warns that some obstetricians and midwives will let women "try" alternative
delivery positions but will move them back to semisitting or dorsal - close
their birth canals the "extra" up to 30% - for the actual delivery.
In 1993, at Dr. Gastaldo's request, the authors of Williams Obstetrics
published the correct biomechanics - "The increase in diameter of the pelvic
outlet occurs only if the sacrum is not forced anteriorly by the weight of
the maternal pelvis against the delivery table or bed"...
But the authors of Williams Obstetrics left in their text (in the same
paragraph) the "dorsal widens" error that first drew Dr. Gastaldo's
attention.
In 2001, the authors of Williams Obstetrics perpetuated the falsehood: "The
most widely used and often the most satisfactory ... [delivery position] is
... dorsal lithotomy ... in order to increase the diameter of the pelvic
outlet."
The 2005 edition of Williams Obstetrics is due to arrive in bookstores later
this month (March 2005). Dr. Gastaldo is hoping that the authors of
Williams Obstetrics finally stop saying that dorsal lithotomy widens the
pelvic outlet.
Dorsal lithotomy CLOSES the birth canal - up to 30%. Semisitting closes
with more force.
Interestingly, semisitting was promoted by JGB Russell, the British
consultant radiologist who - after he derived the up to 30% figure,
demonstrated a minor (transverse sacroiliac motion) which he (erroneously)
indicated was more important that the major (sagittal) sacral tip motion
demonstrated radiographically by Borell and Fernstrom's 1957 in-trapartum
x-rays.
The Four OB Lies are summarized below - but we will go into them here...
Dr. Gastaldo notes that somehow, by the 1970s, the authors of Williams
Obstetrics were claiming that the pelvic diameters DON'T CHANGE at delivery.
Dr. Gastaldo notes further that when Ohlsen pointed out in 1973 that the
pelvic diameters DO change - the authors of Williams Obstetrics suddenly
decided that dorsal lithotomy - their then-favorite delivery positions -
widens.
This last is the (ongoing) falsehood which originally drew Dr. Gastaldo's
attention to Williams Obstetrics.
Again, the 2005 edition of Williams Obstetrics is due to arrive in
bookstores later this month (March 2005) and Dr. Gastaldo is hoping that the
authors of Williams Obstetrics finally stop saying that dorsal lithotomy
widens the pelvic outlet.
The biomechanics are simple: By placing women on their sacral tips (lying
on their backs or semi-sitting), physicians are not allowing the tip of the
sacrum to move backward and are closing up to 30% what would otherwise be
available space for the baby to most safely pass through.
Incidentally, up to 4 cm of sacral tip excursion was clinically demonstrated
in 1911 by none other than J. Whitridge Williams, MD, the original author of
Williams Obstetrics and in 1913, Harvard obstetrician Arthur B. Emmons, MD
wrote: "Moving backward of the tip of the sacrum . . . enlarges the
available space not merely directly in proportion to the distance backward,
but more nearly by the square of that distance [3]."
Dr. Gastaldo notes that obstetricians are KEEPING birth canals closed the
"extra" up to 30% when babies get stuck - when they pull with hands, forceps
or vacuum extractors.
Trained as a chiropractor, Dr. Gastaldo cringes at the fact that - with the
birth canal closed up to 30% - obstetricians sometimes pull so hard that
spinal nerves are ripped out of tiny spinal cords.
He notes that some babies die - some babies are paralyzed - most "only" have
their spines gruesomely manipulated.
ALL spinal manipulation is gruesome with the birth canal closed the "extra"
up to 30%, he notes.
Dr. Gastaldo also notes that obstetricians are slicing vaginas/abdomens en
masse - surgically/fraudulently inferring they are doing/have done
everything possible to open birth canals - even as they close birth canals
up to 30%.
Although this is obvious criminal behavior, Dr. Gastaldo believes that
medical doctors should be pardoned in advance. He notes that as medical
students, MDs are TRAINED to perform felonies.
<snip Donna Young's immediate cord clamping info - except for
Donna's/Gary's? oxytocin comment, as in,>
Use of labor inducing drugs is challenged
Finally, labor inducing drugs such as oxytocin, Toesen, Syn-tocinon, Pitocin
have been shown to have a negative effect on the child's developing brain
and can cause the infant anemia due to the necessity of using early cord
clamping when these drugs are administered to the mother. Recent studies
have called for a re-evaluation of routine use of these drugs due to their
adverse effects on the newborn.
[NOTE TO GARY: As I've repeatedly noted for Donna Young, it makes no sense
to let the uterus push with the birth canal closed up to 30% - and even less
sense to chemically whip the uterus to push VIOLENTLY - with oxytocin and
Cytotec - (did I mention?) with the birth canal closed the "extra" up to
30%. Did Donna
forget to mention this plain fact - or did you - LOL! Regardless, when
talking about "Pitocin hav[ing] been shown to have a negative effect on the
child's developing brain" - don't forget to mention the fetal skull
squashing/brain ripping/bleeding that is occurring as OBs chemically whip
uteri with oxytocin and Cytotec - with birth canals senselessly closed up to
30%...An estimated 4.6% of "healthy" term neonates suffer unexplained brain
bleeds.]
[NOTE #2 TO GARY: I see where you used the relevant AMA Principles of
Medical Ethics that I sent you - see below - good! - but you WHITEWASHED
things - LOL! Best
to state those lofty AMA principles right after The Four OB Lies - or so I
say...]
<snip>
THE FOUR OB LIES
OB LIE #1. After MASSIVE change in the AP pelvic outlet diameter was
clinically demonstrated in 1911 and radiographically demonstrated in 1957,
the authors of Williams Obstetrics began erroneously claiming that pelvic
diamaters DON'T CHANGE at delivery.
OB LIE #2. After Ohlsen pointed out in 1973 that pelvic diameters DO
change - the authors of Williams Obstetrics began erroneously claiming that
their most frequent delivery position - dorsal - widens the outlet.
OB LIE #3. After I pointed out in 1992 that dorsal CLOSES - and so does
semisitting - the authors of Williams Obstetrics - put the correct
biomechanics in their 1993 edition - but kept in their text (in the same
paragraph!) - the dorsal widens bald lie that first called my attention to
their text...
OB LIE #4. OBs are actually KEEPING birth canals closed when babies get
stuck - and claiming they are doing everything to allow the birth canal open
maximally. (ACOG Shoulder Dystocia video - also forceps and vacuum births
are performed with the mother in lithotomy.)

>>>>>>>>END Gastaldo's corrected version of Gary's intro...
HERE'S GARY'S ORIGINAL VERSION...A WHITEWASH...
Forum: Natural birth: improved outcomes for both mother and child
Kathy Blanco, Donna Young, Lisa Muscarella
Introduction
Current birthing position is challenged
The on-the-back (dorsal lithotomy) or semi-sitting (supine) delivery
positions commonly used today actually close the birth canal by as much as
30% and put undue stress and pressure on both the mother and the child. Most
any other delivery position (hands-and-knees, kneeling, standing, etc.)
allows the birth ca-nal to open the "extra" up to 30% [1]. Studies have
shown that continuation of the routine use of the supine position during the
second stage of labor is unjustified and responsible for a higher rate of
instrumental deliveries and episiotomies [2]. Physicians have based their
current practice on erroneous information pre-sented in Williams Obstetrics
(2001:316) which incorrectly states, "The moist widely used and often the
most satisfactory ... [delivery position] is ... dorsal lithotomy ... in
order to in-crease the diameter of the pelvic outlet." This has no
scientific basis, actually works against the physiological process of birth,
and serves merely as a convenience to the attending physician. The same
reference correctly states, "The increase in diameter of the pelvic outlet
occurs only if the sacrum is not forced ante-riorly by the weight of the
maternal pelvis against the delivery table or bed." (Williams Obstetrics,
2001:55)
Interestingly, JGB Russel demonstrated a minor (transverse sacroiliac
motion) which he (erroneously) thought to be more important that the major
(sagittal) sacral tip motion demon-strated radiographically by Borell and
Fernstrom's 1957 in-trapartum x-rays. By placing women so they are lying on
their backs or semi-sitting on their sacral tips, physicians are not
al-lowing the tip of the sacrum to move backward and are closing what would
otherwise be available space for the baby to most safely pass through. As
early as 1913 Emmons described a po-sition that would allow the sacrum to
move backward and thereby optimise the size of the birth canal during
delivery. He wrote, "Moving backward of the tip of the sacrum . . . enlarges
the available space not merely directly in proportion to the dis-tance
backward, but more nearly by the square of that distance [3]." By denying
birthing mothers the movement of the sacral tip in the dorsal positions,
physicians can resort to pulling when the babies get stuck. This force can
potentially rip spinal nerves from the spinal cords, in some cases causing
the infant paralysis or death.
Use of episiotomy procedure is challenged
There is no scientific evidence supporting the use of episiot-omy as a
beneficial surgical procedure. It does not decrease the risks of severe
perineal lacerations, it inhibits development of pelvic relaxation, and has
not impacted newborn mortality or morbidity. Improving the birthing position
can likely help maintain the integrity of the perineum and avoid surgical
pro-cedures which should only be employed on a selective, case-by-case basis
[4].
<snip Donna Young's ICC stuff - but see my response to Donna regarding
Judith Mercer's "delayed" cord clamping baloney below>
Finally, labor inducing drugs such as oxytocin, Toesen, Syn-tocinon, Pitocin
have been shown to have a negative effect on the child's developing brain
and can cause the infant anemia due to the necessity of using early cord
clamping when these drugs are administered to the mother. Recent studies
have called for a re-evaluation of routine use of these drugs due to their
adverse effects on the newborn.

OPEN LETTER (archived for global access at http://groups.google.com)
Donna Young
www.lotusbirth.com
Donna,
I most certainly would NOT "vote to remove [Judith Mercer, CNM from]...the
reference list..."
I would instead vote for CRITICAL DISCUSSION of the research of Judith
Mercer, CNM.
In any discussion of her work, Judith Mercer, CNM should be awarded FULL
credit for hijacking the word "delayed" to fraudulently suggest in the
medical literature that it is OK to temporarily asphyxiate babies and rob
massive amounts of blood volume from them.
Judith Mercer, CNM did indeed fraudulently suggest this...
In 2002: Judith Mercer, CNM (and Skovgaard) suggested early cord clamping
can cause DEATH, as in,
"Early clamping of the umbilical cord at birth...causes neonatal blood
volume to vary 25% to 40%. Such a massive change occurs at no other time in
one's life without serious consequences, even death."
[J Perinat Neonatal Nurs. 2002 Mar;15(4):56-75. PubMed abstract]
In 2003: Judith Mercer, CNM et al. REPORTED ON (participated in?) early cord
clamping - potential causation of death, as in,
"...A randomized controlled trial recruited 32 infants between 24 and 32
weeks. Immediately before delivery, mothers were randomized to ICC (cord
clamped at 5 to 10 seconds) or DCC (30- to 45-second delay in cord clamping)
groups. RESULTS: Intention-to-treat analyses revealed that the DCC group
were more likely to have higher initial mean blood pressures (adjusted OR
3.4) and less likely to be discharged on oxygen (adjusted OR 8.6). DCC group
infants had higher initial glucose levels (ICC=36 mg/dl, DCC=73.1 mg/dl;
p=0.02). CONCLUSION: The research design is feasible. The immediate benefit
of improved blood pressure was confirmed and other findings deserve
consideration for further study."

It is not logical at all to say that something can potentially cause death
and then subject babies to it.
Yet Medical Veritas Editor-in-Chief Gary wrote of "logical deduction" in his
second item numbered #3:
"The point of Judith Mercer is that 30-second clamping is better than
instant clamping. By logical deduction, the longer the delay (until the cord
blood stops pulsating or all blood is infused), the healthier the baby will
be. Therefore, even though the comparison is not ideal--and studies rarely
have ideal controls--it would be easy for a judge to see that delayed
claming, even as little as 30 seconds, produces a significantly improved
outcome compared to instant clamping. While 30-seconds is, in reality,
insufficient, it still powerfully demonstrates the importance of cord
clamping. Therefore, I do not understand the problem with this."
Gary, even if 30-45-second clamping were safest for babies - there was the
IMMEDIATE CLAMPING (child abuse) arm of her study too.
Judith Mercer's own 2002 abstract indicates that she herself believed that
the immediate clamping of her study could potentially cause enough loss of
blood to cause DEATH.
This was CHILD ABUSE - not some logical "point."
As I've written before...
My thanks to Donna Young (www.lotusbirth.com) for calling my attention to
the immediate cord clamping child abuse...It is most BIZARRE that 30 seconds
was defined as 'delayed' cord clamping...It's almost as if the cord blood
banking interests RECRUITED the CNMwives to
help 'scientifically' DEFINE 'delayed' to mean IT'S OK TO ROB BLOOD FROM
BABIES...Maybe CNMwife Mercer TOLD women that their babies might be robbed
of more
than 50% of their red blood cells - and they consented anyway?...God I hope
mothers are smarter than that...
See CNMwife baby blood robber? (45 sec is 'delayed' cord clamping, Judy?)

Now, to be sure, it APPEARS that MDs can legally commit child abuse...
When I caught American MDs perpetuating phony "babies can't feel pain'
neurology to perpetuate their most frequent surgical behavior on male
children - they simply declared their mass child abuse for profit scheme (an
estimated $400 million per year) to be "an effective public health measure."

Just because MDs can (currently) legally commit child abuse does not mean
that child abuse committed by MDs should not be called child abuse.
BTW, by saying "MDs can (currently) legally commit child abuse" I mean that
law enforcement officers - police, attorney generals and DAs are ignoring
obvious assaults and batteries - looking the other way - much like they used
to do when called to the scene of obvious assaults and batteries called
"wife-beatings."

baby-strangulation-promoter Morley - also (apparently) promoting

Abstract
The current definition of shoulder dystocia is inconsistent. The American
College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists' (ACOG's) Practice Bulletin
Number 40 on shoulder dystocia has two pseudo definitions: (1) failure of
the shoulders to deliver spontaneously, putting both mother and fetus at
risk for injury; and (2) failure of the delivery attendant to deliver the
anterior shoulder by gentle downward traction,
##### "gentle downward traction" suggests that the MD-obstetrician has the
mother is on her back - on her sacrum - senselessly closing her birth canal
the "extra" up to 30% as he pulls...
thus requiring additional obstetric maneuvers. Shoulder dystocia is caused
by impaction of the anterior shoulder behind the pubic symphysis. ACOG does
not define any cause for brachial plexus palsy; however, moderate or severe
downward head traction is implied to be injurious.
A downward tilted pelvis is the major cause of anterior shoulder arrest; it
is usually relieved or prevented by McRoberts' position. The mother then
spontaneously delivers the shoulders. This is postural shoulder arrest and
is not true shoulder dystocia (SD).
##### The McRoberts maneuver demonstrated in the ACOG Shoulder Dystocia
training video mentioned above actually KEEPS the birth canal closed. It is
thought that this birth-canal-closing version of McRoberts helps the woman
push the baby out because she is forced into flexion.
Failure of the mother in full hip flexion to deliver the shoulders
spontaneously is true shoulder dystocia.
#### If - as in ACOGs video - she is in full flexion ON HER SACRUM - she is
being made to KEEP her birth canal closed the "extra" up to 30%.
Various maneuvers are available to correct this situation; all supplement
physiological delivery forces and movements that do not increase traction on
the brachial plexus. Resuscitation of the child must be pre-planned.
Brachial plexus injury is a traction injury caused by pulling the head and
neck down and away from the shoulder. Nerves may be bruised, stretched, torn
or ruptured; nerve roots may be avulsed from the spinal cord.
#### Even if nerves aren't "bruised, stretched, torn or ruptured or avulsed
(ripped completely from the spinal cord) - there is GRUESOME MANIPULATION OF
THE SPINE...
SD is largely preventable by delivering all patients in McRoberts' or
equivalent position. Brachial Plexus Palsy (BPP) is avoidable by never
applying head traction at any delivery and using maneuvers to deliver the
shoulders that avoid any tension on the brachial plexus.
#### The McRoberts position recommended by ACOG KEEPS THE BIRTH CANAL CLOSED
THE "EXTRA" UP TO 30%...

A powerful attorney - former Calif. Republican Party Chairman Mike
Schroeder - may also have helped perpetuate the mass baby strangulation when
10 MD-obstetricians sued the Calif. Chiro. Bd years ago.

"Confident that the news would never get back to Orange County, [Schroeder]

engineered a secret pact with an
ambitious Los Angeles Times reporter to lend credibility to Dornan's

WHO WAS/IS SCHROEDER'S "AMBITIOUS LOS ANGELES TIMES REPORTER"?
I ask because LA Times reporter Christine Hanley contacted me, asking for
evidence for my
claim that Schroeder asked me to sign obvious lies to make his lawsuit go
away.
Orange County Register reporter R. Scott Moxley wrote on Dec. 13, 2006:
"Except for the pending results of FBI probes into allegations of high-level
corruption at the [Schroeder-influenced] Carona-led sheriff's department, no
story is anticipated more by insiders than an upcoming Los Angeles Times
[Hanley - TDG]
profile of the Schroeders..."
Reporter Moxley called Schroeder "the most trusted strategist for Orange
County's most powerful law enforcement officials, District Attorney Tony
Rackauckas and Sheriff Mike Carona. Congressman Dana Rohrabacher is on speed
dial. City councilmen, mayors, senior bureaucrats, members of state and
federal legislatures-even judges, federal prosecutors, ambassadors, famous
businessmen and reporters-call Schroeder for advice..."
Quote is from The Reporter vs. the Republican Power Couple: Will an upcoming
LA Times profile unravel or bolster Mike Schroeder's empire?

<snip>

(see above), it is possible that all the "fuss" was about Schroeder AGAIN
using an LA
ATTY SCHROEDER SILENCE - BABIES BE DAMNED
CHIROPRACTIC SILENCE - BABIES BE DAMNED

CNMwife Judith Mercer - see below.

Gary,
You exclaimed in one of your emails: "My specialty is vaccine adverse

Don't forget to look at physicians CONCEALING a serious vaccine adverse
reaction
(failure-to-immunize) as they fraudulently promote their vaccinations as
being 100% effective as they
(in effect) deny massive numbers of babies massive numbers of free daily
immunizations.

You recently wrote:

Best
to state those lofty AMA principles right after The Four OB Lies - or so I
say...]
<snip>

Donna,
I most certainly would NOT "vote to remove [Judith Mercer, CNM from]...the
reference list..."
DCC group
infants had higher initial glucose levels (ICC=36 mg/dl, DCC=73.1 mg/dl;
p=0.02). CONCLUSION: The research design is feasible. The immediate benefit
of improved blood pressure was confirmed and other findings deserve
consideration for further study."

second item numbered #3:

(!)

drivers...

A last note to Gary S. Goldman, PhD...
Gary,
I recently mentioned you and Donna in writing to the Editor-in-Chief of the
BRITISH GRAY'S ANATOMY
I wrote:
OTHER PHYSICIAN FRAUD AND DECEPTION
Physicians are engaging in other fraud and deception - for example
fraudulently promoting their vaccinations as being 100% effective as they
(in effect) deny massive numbers of babies massive numbers of free daily
immunizations.
See Breasts as doctors (also: Medical Veritas)

(My thanks to MEDICAL VERITAS Editor-in-Chief Gary S. Goldman, PhD for
stimulating me to write "Breasts as doctors," just cited.)
Physicians are also temporarily asphyxiating babies and robbing massive
amounts of blood volume from them (up to 50%). The medical euphemism for
this obvious medical crime is "immediate cord clamping."
See Homebirth (also: AMA: Is it illegal for OBs to lie?)

As I've often noted, I am in favor of pardons in advance for MDs. As
medical students, MDs are TRAINED to perform the obvious felonies discussed
above.
Susan, since physicians are not striving to expose the fraud and deception,
I am hoping that editors of the BRITISH GRAY'S ANATOMY will spread the word
and make relevant changes in the next edition.

Gary, as noted above, you exclaimed in one of your emails: "My specialty is
vaccine adverse
reactions!"
That's why I WROTE about a vaccine adverse reaction (failure-to-immunize) in
"Breasts as doctors (also: Medical Veritas)"...
You responded by blithely writing:
"Dear Todd, I think you would enjoy my website located at
www.injectionbook.com Sincerely,
Gary..."
SO GARY...I say again...
Don't forget to look at physicians CONCEALING a serious vaccine adverse
reaction
(failure-to-immunize) as they fraudulently promote their vaccinations as
being 100% effective as they
(in effect) deny massive numbers of babies massive numbers of free daily
immunizations.
It's mass IMMUNOLOGIC child abuse to go along with mass PHYSICAL child
abuse - closing birth canals up to 30% and keeping birth canals closed when
babies get stuck - and lying to cover-up.
Sincerely,
Todd

DR. GOLDMAN:
You ignored my key point: Child abuse needs to be reported. You CENSORED
my key point. Please keep your plagiarism/censorship AS IS - give FREE
ACCESS to it - and precede it with a link to this email and a LONG-OVERDUE
editorial note from you that you suspect mass child abuse "atrocities" and
hope that other PhDs (and MDs) will report - and join you in finding out why
UCLA police deemed your report "not acceptable."
As I composed this email, I noted that you published
baby-strangulation-promoter Morley - also (apparently) promoting
birth-canal-closing when babies' shoulders get stuck, as in,
Shoulder Dystocia (SD) and Brachial Plexus Palsy (BPP):
cause and prevention

#### Dr. Morley is both promoting baby strangulation AND
birth-canal-closing...
#### And Plagiarist/Censor Goldman/Pearblossom Private School is helping Dr.
Morley, as in,

#### JUDGE GILBERT NARES: Plagiarist/Censor Gary Goldman and a very
powerful political player - MIKE SCHROEDER, former chairman of the Calif.
Republican Party - are silently helping to perpetuate mass baby
strangulation by MD-obstetricians. See AMAZING COINCIDENCES, reproduced
above.
#### Plagiarist/Censor Goldman SAYS he reported - but I suspect he might be
lying. He is not apparently asking UCLA police why they found his report
"not acceptable."
#### Judge Nares, please order an end to the mass baby strangulation and the
mass birth canal closing.
#### MD-obstetricians are KEEPING birth canals closed the "extra" up to 30%
as they pull - sometimes pulling so hard they rip spinal nerves out of tiny
spinal cords!

#### Why aren't MD-PEDIATRICIANS investigating and reporting?
MD-pediatricians
recently stated that concern for
patient safety "demands" a greater collaboration "particularly" with doctors
of chiropractic "such that we can
investigate and report harms related to spinal manipulation together."

#### Why aren't DC-pediatricians (doctors of chiropractic who specialize in
pediatrics) accepting this invitation from MD-pediatricians?
#### Why aren't ALL doctors of chiropractic investigating and reporting?
#### See the James Winterstein and federal CAM scam discussion above.
#### And why aren't Kelly Moscarello's attorneys investigating and
reporting?

a child abuse report they wouldn't take it...I've talked to the sheriff.
I've talked to everybody. They won't take it. They won't take my reports.

mass birth canal closing.
