Barry,

You advise "specialized high-risk obstetrical care" for women with severe
hypertrophic cardiomyopathy/HCM symptoms.

Be advised: "specialized high-risk obstetrical care" includes obstetricians
senselessly closing birth canals up to 30% (semisitting and dorsal delivery)
and obstetricians senselessly robbing babies of up to 50% of their blood
volume (immediate cord clamping).

Women shouldn't have to ASK for the "extra" pelvic outlet area or the
"extra" blood for their babies.

Most women don't know to ask.

^^^Law enforcement will eventually act if enough people sign.

In the meantime, please discuss this pertinent medical issue with
obstetricians, as in your statement,

"[I]t is prudent...to discuss all pertinent medical issues at an early stage
with a cardiologist and an obstetrician..."

Please don't wait until you have a pregnant patient with severe HCM symptoms
to discuss this life-and-death issue with obstetricians.

PS DO ANY CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIANS PARTICIPATE IN SCREENING HIGH-SCHOOL
ATHLETES FOR CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE?

In many states, doctors of chiropractic are licensed as chiropractic
physicians; yet you [Glover, Glover and Maron Dec. 2007] recently grouped
chiropractic and naturopathic cardiovascular disease screeners as
"nonphysicians" - and faintly suggested they don't do a good job, as in,

"Over the 8-year period, the number of states approving nonphysician
examiners, including nurse practitioners (21 to 37) physician assistants (21
to 35), and naturopathic clinicians or chiropractors (11 to 18), increased
by 64% (p <0.01). In conclusion, the completeness of state-approved history
and physical examination preparticipation screening questionnaires for high
school students engaged in organized competitive sports improved markedly
over the period from 1997 to 2005. Paradoxically, however, legislation in
several states has increased the number of nonphysicians performing
screening examinations (including chiropractors and naturopathic

If chiropractic physicians don't do a good job of cardiovascular disease
screening, you should say so explicitly - sort of like how I am saying here
rather explicitly that obstetricians aren't doing a good job of attending
births.

A PREVENTION IDEA...

High school cardiovascular screening of athletes could be combined with
"birth knowledge" screening of entire high school student bodies. Young men
and women in high school could be asked (by MD-physicians and DC-physicians)
if they are aware that birth in the semisitting and dorsal position closes
the birth canal up to 30%.

High school students (not just athletes) could be asked if they are aware
that MD-obstetricians KEEP the birth canal closed the "extra" up to 30% when
babies get stuck.

High school students (not just athletes) could be asked if they are aware
that an estimated 1 in 10 births is a
semisitting-or-dorsal-birth-canal-closed/vacuum/forceps/baby-neck-wrenching
procedure.

High school students (not just athletes) need to be INFORMED that the
tiniest athletes - fetuses - are getting hammered cardiovascularly and
otherwise - because their mothers and fathers aren't yet aware of the
obvious criminal negligence that vaunted MD-physicians are getting away with
at birth....

NOTE: I am in favor of pardons in advance for MDs. As medical students,
MDs are TRAINED to perform obvious felonies.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist's/ACOG's Shoulder
Dystocia training video is an indirect VIDEO ADMISSION that MDs know they
are routinely closing birth canals up to 30%.

The ACOG video purports to show MDs how to allow the birth canal to open
maximally in the small number of cases when babies' shoulders get stuck -
which is the indirect admission that MDs know they are routinely closing
birth canals up to 30%.

The kicker: The version of McRoberts demonstrated on the ACOG training
video actually keeps the birth canal closed the "extra" up to 30%.

One last matter...MDs aren't just gruesomely pulling - they are gruesomely
pushing too...

OXYTOCIN CHILD ABUSE

Semisitting and dorsal delivery close the birth canal up to 30%.

Last century, Russell [1969] used Borell and Fernstrom's intrapartum x-rays
[1957] to derive the 30% figure.

AT THE END OF DELIVERY - as the fetus
courses the pelvic outlet - it is obvious OXYTOCIN CHILD ABUSE for

BIZARRELY, UCLA POLICE DID NOT ACCEPT SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE REPORTS

Gary S. Goldman, PhD, editor-in-chief of the peer-reviewed medical
journal Medical Veritas, corroborated with
physicians info about the birth "atrocities" (his word) and reported
suspected child abuse - only to have UCLA police deem his
suspected child abuse reports deemed "not acceptable."

Two years later, UCLA Compliance Officer William Cormier
offered the blather that it was "appropriate" for UCLA police to have
ignored Dr. Goldman's suspected child abuse reports...

Dr. Goldman suddenly decided that his suspected child abuse reporting had
been
"ludicrous." He indicated publicly that reporting is a "DEAD-END."

When I pointed out that Dr. Goldman had just promoted the
child-abuse-perpetuating crime of failure to report child abuse, he quickly
deleted his signature and "DEAD-END" comment from my petition. (Dr. Goldman
was signatory number two - there is still evidence that he signed - but his
name and "DEAD-END" crime promotion comment are gone.)

Dr. Goldman also suddenly decided not to publish my Open Letter to British
Gray's Editor-in-Chief Susan Standring, PhD or contact the law enforcement
cc addressees for verification of
receipt and comment on the Four OB Lies....

It is NOT "ludicrous" to report suspected child abuse - it's the LAW.

"Ludicrous" is MDs COMMITTING obvious birth-canal-closing/SPINAL

Dr. McGann's silence/censorship is most bizarre given the recent
MD-pediatrician call for collaboration - "particularly" with chiropractors -
to investigate and report harms of spinal manipulation of children:
