Thank you for responding to my phone message left for Assistant US Attorney Bob Nesler.

 

I was so glad I telephoned the Clerk's office and had them check the docket.  I immediately went downtown and paid $11 for hard copies - but thanks for emailing the documents.

 

Since Plaintiff's  Motion for Extension documents came via email (many thanks BTW)...

 

As I drove downtown...

 

I wondered why Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and Plaintiff's  Motion for Summary Judgement documents did not also come via email...

 

I wondered why Bob didn't put his finger in the phone - or have you do so - to at least let me know when the documents were filed...

 

As you know, I am a pro se litigant - the more time I have to respond to court documents - the more likely I will do things right.

 

It might save the taxpayers money to email me all future documents.

 

Then again, if there is rule that print documents must be sent, I would appreciate both in the future.
