When ACA Delegate Keith Overland indicated he did not know who I am....I replied that I was the one who got the essence of "The Highest Obligation" published as the definition of chiropractic in three editions of Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary...I did not quote the actual Dorland's definition for Dr. Overland - so here it is...
