In many jurisdictions, reporting child abuse is the MINIMUM resource to
"put" when child abuse is so much as SUSPECTED.

In Ontario, Canada, where Dr. Moulden lives, The Child and Family Services
Act indicates there is an ONGOING duty to report:


Ongoing duty to report

(2) A person who has additional reasonable grounds to suspect one of the
matters set out in subsection (1) shall make a further report under
subsection (1) even if he or she has made previous reports with respect to
the same child. 1999, c. 2, s. 22 (1).

Person must report directly

(3) A person who has a duty to report a matter under subsection (1) or (2)
shall make the report directly to the society and shall not rely on any

BIRTH-CANAL-CLOSED/MASS VAGINA SLICING - AND BREASTFEEDING IMMUNIZATIONS

By using semisitting and dorsal delivery, OBGYNs are senselessly narrowing
birth canals/pelvic outlets up to 30% (most births).

WORSE: When babies get stuck, OBGYNs are senselessly KEEPING birth canals
closed the "extra" up to 30% (keeping women semisitting/dorsal) - as they
pull with vacuums/forceps (1 in 10 births) - sometimes pulling so hard they
rip spinal nerves out of tiny spinal cords.

STILL WORSE: OBGYN experts have been lying to cover-up.

OBGYNs indirectly ADMIT ON VIDEO that they KNOW they are routinely closing
birth canals up to 30%. (ACOG's Shoulder Dystocia training video purports
to show how to allow the birth canal to open maximally in the small number
of cases when babies' shoulders get stuck - which is the indirect admission
that OBYNs know they are routinely closing birth canals up to 30%.)

Years ago, mass vagina slicing got babies six weeks' worth of free daily
immunizations....

A "FUTURE VACCINE WORLD"***?

Every "vaccinology" congress should promote non-MD immunizations -
BREASTFEEDING IMMUNIZATIONS - as they are the majority of immunizations and
many babies are being denied.

The "Future Vaccine World" should be a world where children are not denied
free daily immunizations. The mass IMMUNOLOGIC child abuse must end. Big
Pharma - which now manufactures infant formula - should be required to
promote breastfeeding immunizations - at vaccine congresses and on
packages/containers of infant formula.

"uncensored and open" chiro-list after I protested his sentiment that
reporting suspected child abuse is "ludicrous."

It is NOT "ludicrous" to report suspected child abuse - it's the LAW.

"Ludicrous" is MDs COMMITTING obvious birth-canal-closing/SPINAL
MANIPULATION child abuse with DCs saying nothing as law enforcement looks
the other way.

MDs KNOW law enforcement is looking the other way.

Steve Harris, MD arrogantly boasts:

"Without enforcement, there is no law. Without law, there is no crime.
These are elementary principles. Get an adult to explain them to you."

Dr. McGann's silence/censorship is most bizarre given the recent
MD-pediatrician call for collaboration - "particularly" with chiropractors -
to investigate and report harms of spinal manipulation of children:

It looks like Dr. Moulden reported the mass child abuse to a Children's Aid
Society run by someone with considerable bureaucratic horsepower...

Hopefully, CCAS will quickly find $5000 to send Dr. Moulden to the 1st World
Congress on Vaccinology Dec. 1-5, 2008.

It's an inexpensive opportunity to promote GLOBAL child abuse prevention.
