i am new here. i am a married mom of three. they were taken by cps
january 15,2002. we live in orange county, in the state of texas. my
husband gave my daughter her very first spanking with a belt. it hit
her leg instead of her butt and left a bruise. it was a accident, we
never hit our kids anywhere but on their butt's. the teacher at
school saw the bruise and automatically thought my kids were abused.
we have a lawyer that isn't doing to much for us. we were supposed
to have them back in january. but for some reason the judge extended
it until july. they are trying everything to keep us from seeing our
kids as much as we should be. two of my kids are two hours away and
we only get to see them once a month for two hours. my third one is
right here in my city. but still we don't get to see her much. what
they are doing is not right. they shouldn't be able to take your
kids because of one bruise.
