Can anyone possibly tell me of a lawyer that is in the state of
Michigan that actually will work with clients. My husband is being
accused of sexual abuse he did not do this at all, CPS has never
finished the investigation, never talked to us, the Police has never
talked to us. We have a court appointed attorney that has seen my
husband for 30 before the preliminary in October and now he goes to
trial on March 3rd and we can't even get an appointment to see her.
I am scared we have everything riding on this our lives as we know
it and my husbands, and our 4 children. His stepdaughter was mad
because we left her with her grand mother because we could not
handle the abuse, both physical and mental that she was causing the
younger children, and this is what her mother wanted before she died.
Now 2 days after we moved my husband has csc in the 1st degree
charges. We need help like yesterday......
