Hi Folks,
I have started to put together a series of questionaires to collect survey
data on relevant family court issues
that I intend to bring with me to Washington DC and present to the Senate
Judiciary Committee. I have dialoged with
Senator Dick Durbin's office and received an invitation to breakfast with
himself and (if available) Senator Obama.
That said, I want to be prepared with several statistics on key questions that
are all within the father's rights movement.
Senator Durbin is also on the Senate Appropriations Committee. I want to
discuss Title IV frauds by the State and the need to
cut out welfare to the states. I'll be meeting in DC on April 10th at 8:30am.
With that, I hope that I'll have everyone's help with the survey questions
issued.
The First Question is relevant to custody and domestic violence/child abuse.
Should a parent who makes false allegations of child sexual abuse for the
purposes of child custody get only Supervised Visitation?
