i want to thank u for the help.i was able to win my appel.now i have
new but sort of the same thing going on again.the judge had ruled
that they were wrong to deny the aid and granted aid retro.the worker
not only waited till the last day to issu the aid she has cut us off
again.and for the same reasons.the aid was granted on the 14th of dec
and i received a packet of papers a few days later saying that the
cash aid would stop 11 30 07.there were two notice of actions saying
it would stop one saidthe only eligible child no longer meets all
parts of the age rule below which has to do with her being in school
and expecting to finish by the age 19 then it says 19yr old children
canot get cash aid.the other notice refers to no deprivation a child
must live in a home where at least one parent is absent ect.this
notice is the exact same notice i already appealed and had ruled in
my favor and in the decision the issu that my daughter had (two days
prior the hearing)turned 18 not 19 and that she was in a alternative
vocational program which qualifies under 42-101.2 if she is expected
to complete befor 19th birtday.it was also noted that i was not
allowed to make educational decisions onley her cps worker could.and
they were told that as of that day her cps case had been closed.the
judge had said we were still eligable.i am appeling the decisions but
now the aid has stoped,the worker sent the notice of action out on
the 14th of dec saing as of nov 30th the cash aid will stop that
denys me the right to appeal the decision and not have the aid
afected .when you call they tell you if you dont agree with the
notice and appeal it befor the actoin takes affect then your aid will
not be affected till after a your appeal has been heard and only if u
lose and the county was right. they didnt notify me till after the
took action ive called the county alleals office ive called the
worker the supervisers.since its christmas no ones in and the county
appel person says appeal it but he doest car that i was cut off befor
i was notifyed.he says he agrees with the ntice and wont help .i have
waited 9mo in that time we have been slowly losing every thing i am
on disability my boyfriend who has always had a job hes a plumber has
tryed to meet our needs food ect and has been put in the position to
provide for us and it straned his finances .in turn he had his
licence suspended for court fines that had lapsed and has not been
able to work. we have taken care of his licence but it will be a few
till he will be reciveing any money for a job.our car has broke down
and we were given a three day .when we recived the retro aid we were
able to give the owner enough to stop the 3day eviction but we owe
more. with the cash aid being stoped again we are liveing on my ssi
three of us my boyfrind is looking for work i feel like the worker is
being a b---ch.now iam waiting for the appeal again and once again we
have no aid for my daugter so once again we are without food and are
going to be faced with lossing our home what can we do i am on the
verge of a break down.my boyfriend has been walking to and hitch
hiking to put in aps we dont have the money for bus fare i am walking
to the library to use the comuter we dont have cable internet or a
phon.this may sound stupid but i have 4 grandchildren and i was not
able to even bake them something for christmas .someone please help
