can anyone give me case law on the statute of
limitations for filing a federal suit regarding denial of
civil rights? Its for illegal removal of child, change of
custody with no hearing or proof of parental unfitness,
custody just given to father, failure to notify of court
date, 4th 5th and 14th violations. The final hearing was in
Juv Court on11/30/06 and notice of appeal to 4th Circuit
filed Dec. 5 2006. am pending appeal for over a year now,
Juv court has failed to send complete file, so court date
keeps getting changed. In TN
