i lost my daughter 12yrs ago shewas adopted 5yrs ago.the adopted mother
did not try to reunify after she was removed from her after my daughter
was sexully asalted by her new husband.they [cps]have placed her back
with me.they applied for foster care funds .i was deniedthe law states
that a bio mom is not elegable.they also applied for calworks now thats
bee denied on the grounds im not her mom.we have given them papers tht
state i am her bio parent i was turned down foster care on thouse
grounds .is there something i can do i am appeling this is a case of
the state being a dead beat dad who is responsable i live in sandeago
ca ive had my daughter for 8mo.i never expected to see her let alone
get her back i was not financally ready i am on disability and now in
jepordey of losing my home can someone help
