Here is my statement and request: The state needs to focus on real cost
savings by enacting family friendly reforms. The number one indicator of
failure in our society is sole mother custody. When children are raised by
both parents post parental separation children do much better and their
parents are much more productive. Do a show on reforms and include HB 4564
Equal Parenting Legislation. The next step is giving parents more power to
control their children's education by increasing competition with a voucher
system beginning with preschool through college using the money the state is
already spending on education at these levels. Finally, give parents more
ability to control the taxes they pay by implementing the Michigan Fair Tax
and support the National Fair Tax.
