respected sir,

the actual thing that had happened in the ECE department @
GNEC,IBRAHIMPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESh... has been covered and had been
informed to you only 1 side of the story, upon which disciplinary
action was so called initiated unnecessarily............


i have a doubt........why only innocent people are made scape
goats in our college?


EVEN IN THE POLICE DEPT.....there is a discipline that when an FIR
has been launched the the police will not torture nor beat the
accused.........until the case has been proved by the court.



I just wanted to inform you about the abuse done on
students by Dr.Patro sir.....who in many cases in the past had
defended students & is very much in favor of students,........dont
know why but in day-before yesterdays case, he was out of control may
be because of some pressures.........but he should not have raised his
hands & must not have slapped a CR {class representative} as he came
down to HOD's cabin to brief & give an apology on behalf of the entire
class {though there was not a mistake done on parts of students}.

and when others come down and apologize for some mistake which they
never committed, as their CR was man-handled, they have a right & its
their duty as friends to en quire what had happened & the reason
Behind CR being slapped. as you might have known from his vast
experience that CORPORAL punishment has been banned under Indian law.

& then again when some one asks why he was beat,........he too gets
beat because he was the guy who was boldly talking and as per the
requirement of the genre, he was communicating very
well.........,...........U call it an ARGUMENT and send him a Show
cause notice latter...........

what more when he was being slapped.....when some 1 else around
tries to pacify the situation & gets abused by the faculty very
ugly..............

i didn't want to use the quotes again but I'm compelled know to do so
because the situation has been turned upside down............

as a senior faculty he is so ENTITLED to use the words again.........

THIS PROVES THAT ALL PEOPLE STANDING HERE & WHO HAVE SAID
sirr.......have been born for 5 fathers........

then he continued to use some more abuses which I'm ashamed only to
have heared & I don't wish to repeat them..........

so being a boxing champion in university means as a faculty you can
slap & man-handle the students!!!!!!!!!!!


thats a good example given to us by a faculty in an NBA ACCREDITED
COLLEGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


V have choosen this novel path so as to stop this
nuisance.........hope that U might save us..........
