I have lost my grandchildren (another daughter's children) because of CPS
and now my other daughter is facing losing her children because of her ex's
$$$$$$...and his heartlessness.

I need help! Do you know anyone who lives near North Augusta, South
Carolina who can serve papers for us? We can't afford to go there and can't
afford nearly $200 for a process server to make only two attempts to deliver
the papers.

My ex-son-in-law lives there and he is wealthy and from a wealthy family.
And most judges don't care how good a parent you are...only if you have the
money to pay for a child's college education and can buy the kids designer
clothes.

He is a truck driver who is only home from 11 p.m. until about 3 or 4 a.m.
so he is hard to find at home. We do know his address. They have a
six-foot-high fence with a locked gate. The process servers will only try
twice and then they want paid again. The sheriff's department will try only
during regular working hours...and they get paid, too. What makes it bad is
process servers get paid whether they serve the person or not! If you want
them to try again, you have to pay them again.

He is trying to take my grandchildren. He already has two of the children
and my daughter has two. He has not seen the children for nearly eight
years and has not had contact with them. Everytime my daughter found out
his phone number, so she could speak with her children, he would change the
phone number or move.

My daughter is a wonderful mother and it broke her heart when she could not
speak with her other two children. The last time she spoke with them, his
new woman yelled and told the ten-year-old that she can't speak with that
bi-ch" again...because my granddaughter told my daughter, "I love you mommy!
Someday, I will find you."

But since "child support" has caught up with him, he has demanded DNA
testing because he was denying that he was their father (both tested 99
9999% his children) and now he is wanting custody of them so he won't have
to pay child support.

There was never a formal dispensation of the children. It was just agreed
upon.

The new woman is angry that he is paying child support!

The grandchildren that my daughter has with her are eleven and seven years
old. The eleven-year-old has aspergers syndrome and it would really upset
him if he has to leave his mommy. The youngest has only seen his father for
one week when he was a baby.

To take these children just because of $$$$$ is as cruel as CPS. It is
wrong that he wants to take the children from a mother who loves them so
much and who has gone through so much heartbreak already.

I understand that "Child Support" is who has created this problem...but to
hurt the children is WRONG! The government is destroying families...

My eleven-year-old grandson and I are so very close and it would kill us
both to be separated.
