MCL 712A.19.b The Law that allowed them to steale my Kids   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1681 of 1974 |
Hello,
Hope every-one is well.I've studied this MCL in it's
entirety.Specifically MCL 712A.19b(j),"There is reasonalbe
likelihood , based on the conduct or capacity of the childs
parent, that the child will be harmed if he/she is returned to the home
of the parent".This Law is vague and as writen can be enforced or not
depending on the opinion or even the mood of the Social Worker
(C.P.S).When a condition exist," what is the condition?" What if no-
one is hurt,dirty, or hungry?. I have/had a living dis-order as does
the father that they identified with but did not address. All
investigation's revealed Loved, clean, well-fed,well-dressed
children.Still they took our kids. Now, what if I borrow my uncles
fishing boat just to take a spin around the lake. And there is fishing
gear in the boat. Can I go to jail for poaching or intent to fish or
might fish someday unless thet stop me....This MCL needs to be amended!
I to would like to know how I can see my oldest that just turned 17 in
March any suggestions? Thanks bump_twenty
