My attorneys have asked the Guardian ad litem for his reports or any
proof that he has conducted any kinds of studies or investigations, in
my case. He has made recommendations to the court that my child stay
with her father, without ever having met me or having any reports of
abuse. We have checked the court files and their is nothing any there
from him. He has billed me 10,000 + for his services, on his bill
though there is nothing but phone calls, court time, and time spent
waiting in court. I was ordered by the Juvenile Court to pay 65% of
this outrageous bill. even though he was appointed by the court.
that is one of the things listed on my appeal.
The GAL responded in a letter that he was not submiting anything to my
side, because has an attorney his work is his, whatever that means.
My questions are how do I get him to submit his "reports" or proof
that
he has done anything in this case, before recommending removal of
child
from my custody.
and how to get him off this case, because he is hurting my case, by
making recommendations without having any proof that I am an unfit
mother.
