Hello,
My Parental Rights to my three beautiful children we're terminated,
specifically based on a mental condition mentioned in court by Judge
Robertson of Clinton County.I have requested and am requesting
records
of how they (Department of Human Sevices) formaly known as "Family
Independence Agency",attempted to treat this condition,prior to
termination and\or post termination.I have a copy of my psyhological
exam,
but am being refused any treatment plans with specific regard to my
condition. It seems that the fact my husband and I came to Michigan
looking for work and a new life worked against us we had no money to
fight. My husband jumped in the river cause he was crazy and wanted
to
get a free ride home and I wanted to try to find my children,that
was
almost seven years ago, I have turned my life around to the best of
my
ability, I have tried every agency I can think of to get to the
bottom
of this and it is always the same thing...we think you got
screwed,but
nothing we can do against the D.H.S.
My court appointed councel not to mention appallet councel never
bothered to contest what was the testamony of the state or ask for
proof of the afoesaid, I have been researching this matter and now
know the state is in contempt,YET I CANT CHANGE THE PAST OR THEIR
LIES.
I miss my babies and pray for thier saftey every day.My oldest just
turned seventeen a few weeks ago. What rights does she/I have now?
She
is an adult in many regards but still my baby.Sincerely,bumptwenty
