being abused and put
in harms way not to mention their rights being violated. We have 1 mom in
Jacksonville, who has
spent time in jail for refusing to allow CP$ into their home and to have access
to their child.
She was ordered to do both even though Stumbo Vs NC as well as Troxler vs
granville state it is a
violation of 4th amendment rights. NC seems to think even federal law dose not
apply to them " the
NC legislators have not adopted it"
I am not the best at writing here, but I know some of you are great. Might want
to give it a shot,
cant hurt any worse then things are right now in NC.

with the families
from the initial time of contact during the investigation through treatment;
(F) for the training of personnel regarding the legal duties of such
personnel and their
responsibilities to protect the legal rights of children and families;
(G) for improving the training of supervisory and nonsupervisory child
welfare workers;
(H) for enabling State child welfare agencies to coordinate the provision of
services with
State and local health care agencies, alcohol and drug abuse prevention and
treatment agencies,
mental health agencies, and other public and private welfare agencies to promote
child safety,
permanence, and family stability; .

If a parent has no rights to make sure their children are safe then why dose the
goverment?
