In Memory of Rose Kelly

I am following the case of the deceased Flint Child Rose Kelly age 5
through this preliminary stage, the child protective proceeding and
criminal proceedings. There were plenty of opportunities to help this
child. Public focus may help the next child. Please follow comment and
