If you have Indian heritage, CPS and the Department of Social Workers
must consult with the tribe of your heritage before your children can
be placed outside of your family. And in majority of cases, children
that later proved their Indian heritage later was dismissed and
returned back home. This is a federal law, if they have violated this
right in your behalf, your case must be dismissed. Look up ICWA and
