I've been told that support default can't be used as a form of
neglect. My ex owes $20,000 and faces a violation hearing in NY Jan
4th. I want my money and we have to move to a two bedroom apartment
in an upscale community. It was neglect that forced us into a one
bedroom, because he doesn't pay up. That extra $300 a month can mean a
two bedroom in an upscale community and to not pay it is child neglect.
