Luckily my kids are older now and I've been fighting the same man for
custody for 10 years and won. Now I want the Law Gaurdian removed
because she had Familyy Therpay and Joint Parenting court oredered and
the ex husband would not go for 9 months and then her quit. In court I
filed a modification to get a new Law Gaurdian to change the order and
the Judge said that I had no proof. So now the therapist has to fax a
lettr to the Judge and I had to file a violation for him not going to
the therapy, which is a form of child neglect. So now the case is
delayed 6 weeks and the child neglect goes on because she does not
like visitation and he's not in therapy. I think it is highly
unethical for a Judge to not schedule a hearing when the other party
quit the therapy. So what good is the court order and teh absuer ex
was sitting there laughing! I have a discussion group started here on
