The "Crazy Wench" is Paula McIntosh my ex roommate...The phone call originated soon after a court proceeding which was very emotional involving the twins....We all know what DCF Syndrome is and many of us have been there done that..Sometimes the thought of what is going on hits home and emotions set in and take over...

I am not defending it yet I went through this horrific Nightmare as well..for me it is more of a blurr..Kay Henson was Practicing Law without a License in an attempt to protect Jim Filenbaum brandys attorney from being found out by the courts..On the date of the hearing Jim failed to show ( as he was already suspended and yet had asked us for more money...even telling another Advocate if I paid his flight he would be there) knowing good and well he was ordered vis Florida Supreme Cour to Immediately Cease Practicing Law in Florida for Misuse of Clients funds...

Kay Henson was told by myself and Brandy to not show at the hearing and to Let Filenbaum hang hisself and we would ask for a continuance in order to obtain legal representation.....

Kay showed up and declared she was from Jim Filnbaums Firm ( a statement he states is FALSE..A notorized statement names Kay Karen Henson as not affiliated with him or his firm...Kay commited Perjury stating Jim was ILL and DYING of CANCER,,,,So Ill he could not even appear telephonically..Yet  was on cell phone 5 mins before court hearing and phone records will show he called my cell phone 25 times after the hearing that day and every day after until I finally spoke to him..

At this time Jim Filenbaum turned "RAT" on Kay Henson and Suzanne Shell and denied any "Affiliation" with them as far as working for him or his firm....The firm removed Jim Filenbaum as well...

Other Clients has same exp...One has made a Statement Kay Henson contacted this clients SISTER and got a credit card number stating Jim needd more Money to continue the case..The client himself informed Kay previously HE WILL NOT GIVE JIM ANOTHER PENNY,,This is FRAUD......#1 Kay did not work for Jim #2 Kay utilized a credit card fradulantly ....

There were at least 5 other clients I have been in contact with all Negative interactions with Kay as well as Jim and sometimes Suzanne Shell..

Paula McIntosh had built a close bonding relationship with the twins since the day they were born over 2 years ago...

The actions of Kay Henson were inappropiate from an Advocate point of view not to mention the Family of children in Dangerous State Care.......

As I said this is'nt in defense..additionally I asked Paula McIntosh not to make the phone call....She needed to vent and she did...

However any comment made in regards to "Brenda Swallow" and myself partaking in this are False and it will all come out...

I am sorry this has taken the Movement into another Battle but you know those die hard Suzanne Shell followers wallow at her feet.....

My apologies for my ex-roomates behavoir/language content....but no apologies for her Anger and Hurt as that was a normal reaction...If Only you had heard me in the privacy of my own home after court that dreaded day..you would have not believed it..I was flipping out..Then I gained control and focused on a way to take "them" out of the game so families would be saved from DCF and not sacrifices as Suzanne Shell and Kay Henson used them as Pawns....
