Does anyone know what legal steps can be taken by a child's mother to
place a child with a relative before the corrupt machine called CPS
tries to "protect" the child while the mother takes care of some legal
problems and gets her life stable.

Guardianship is so "permanent" and is terminated only by a judge who
could be corrupt...not when it is best for the child.

I know this is jumbled, but I am really trying to help in this matter.
