There is such a dearth of attorneys who know how to or even will go up
against CPS, it strikes me as somewhat egregious to lose even one.

Firms like yours are rare indeed. If you have a winning formula, I would
recommend franchising or at least offering it to other lawyers as CLE.

There is no shortage of clients in need. Unfortunately, by the time people
find us, they have already been reduced to homelessness and have been
rendered unemployable by the piles of charges that CPS has entered on the
record for the singular reason of creating kids "freed for adoption".
That's what the government is paying for and that's what they are getting.

"Winning" against CPS fraudulent and malicious prosecution of false
alleagions and unwinding the cocoon created by CPS "charge piling" is an
expensive task.

The task is rendered doubly tedious by the fact that the client has been
routinely denied his Constititional Rights from the very beginning of the
case while the CPS agents have committed numerous Color of Law Constutional
Rights voilations against the client (many of which are Capital Crimes).

The task is rendered triply hard because CPS agents or their "expert
witnesses", when caught red-handed perjuring themselves- coast free and the
judge characterizes their perjury as a "mistake", "error", or a "lapse in
judgement".

We applaud the rare attorney who will go up against CPS with a truly
"vigorous defense" and be the "moving party".

It does seem that someday we should be able to go back on these CPS monsters
for Billion-dollar settlements for punitive damages and mental suffering,
since these cases are supposedly Civil cases. CLEAN OUT the falsely
accused's names from the DATABASES so they can get a job and live somewhere.
We should have the good health and our teeth in good condition. We should
be driving the Escalades and Beemers and living in the fine houses, not
these criminals, thugs and tyrants who have hansomely profited from our
misery.

Terry, we wish we could CLONE you, because you are a rare person.
