We are the victims of Child Protection Services .
We have had our lives, homes, families destroyed by The Indiana
Dept. of Child Protection Services
The Indiana Grantmakers Alliance plans to hold a summit, to fight death
and Child Abuse.
A very honorable and noble goal
CPS says with more money, they can stop child abuse.
But there is a large flaw in their thinking, They look at the family.
When they should be looking at the state instead.
The State is the number one abuser of Children.
Mr. Payne and others in the government point a finger at the families, problem is
they are afraid to look in the mirror
The State is the main abuser, and lack of accountability is their tool.
In order to get more federal grant money, the state need do only one thing.
Establish a way for parents that are accused of child abuse to appeal a
caseworker finding.
The state does not want that because it would show the huge number of
mistakes and lies that CPS makes.
We can look at the Staton family, They have been fighting this power mad state
agency.
The caseworker in their case is Cynthia Blue, they want her held accountable
for slanderous,perjury ,falsification of court records, they have a lot of
proof, they only problem is no one in power wants to see the records.
Or, we can speak of the Phillips case where a family of Ten was destroyed,
millions of tax payers dollars were wasted, Judge Pearson , the rubberstamping
judge of Frankfort , just signed what every CPS wanted.
In this case a unsigned email was part of the case against the Phillips.

And these are just two of the many many cases of abuse we have seen.
Indiana Grantmakers Alliance , you will be told that the state needs money to
stop child abuse and death,
They say for X number of dollars ,they can stop it.
They real problem is the system,
If you want to use your money to help Hoosiers ,instead of putting them
into the meat grinder we call CPS, then you should push for programs that
would do the following.
1. A independent review board make up of everyday citizens and a few
professionals, who would review cases of abuses, this review board
would have the funds to take CPS to court and challenge their policy
of abusing families.
Nothing would change policy faster than losing in court.
2. Help us to get Federal law changed, currently the state gets millions of dollars
for breaking up families, and none for keeping them together.
It is there for in the state's best interest to destroy families than keep them
together.
3. Push for Judicial reform , when Judges are no more than Robots that signed
where they are suppose to sign, instead of hearing all the facts, then we have a
problem.
These are just a few ideas for how you can best use your money to make
Indiana, a family friendly state again.
