Can someone please tell me if it's neccessary for a social worker to
come to my house for an inspection. When my whole situation happened
the police took pictures of the inside of my house, well those
pictures were submitted to the court & the social worker has copies of
them. With all the horror stories I've read about social workers, I
don't want her any where near my house. She keeps saying that she
needs to come to our house sometime prior to our next court date so
she can show any improvements since then until now. I'm not sure if it
it mandatory to let her or not. I live in California. If anyone knows
please let me know.
