I had pre-trial this morning, and Im sitting here to scared to death
to hear what my lawyer has to say about how it went. It was just the
lawyers today, and we werent suppose to go.
I know CPS does not want to go with termination, but gosh, then
whats next, the only way they go to the next & final stage is TRIAL,
and thats only if they want termination. When does this end then, if
there is no trial. Our lawyer, and the gardian a' litem both says
this is not going to go to trial. It's just driving me crazy to hear
the results of today. Anyone know what the next step is then if
there is no trial, and what usually happens in these court pre-
trials, whats the purpose other then to see where we go from here.
