My step daughter is 8yrs old.Her mother works over nights at a
retierment home and the kids are left to fend for themselves in the
morning while she sleeps.We will go to get his daighter on the
weekends and her hair is filthy and her earrings are caked with crap
I don't think she is getting the proper care from her mother and i
need to know if i need to take action now or if i stand on any
ground or not
