presented to our Senate subcommitted here in MI,
in March 25,2003.

Dear Senators,

To the members of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee
on Family Independence Agency: Senator Bill Hardiman,
Chair, Senator Tom George, and Senator Martha G. Scott.

Thank you every so much for your time, I karon Hamilton
the founder of Unity for Parents and Children, some of you
have heard of our group. We're a support/educational goup,
for parents dealing with the child protective processing.
We do court watching and are complying patterns on the
The Family Independence Agency through our our state.
The patterns we're seeing is how parents are bing set
up by false statements presented to the courts by FIA:
the truth does not set you free, it is only use against you.
The parent agency agreement plan is not to get your children
return home, but a guarantee for FIA to be able to terminate
parents rights for sure. Many innocent parents are trap by
the system that is supposed to protect children from abuse and
neglect in reality are the true abusers.


I'M ASKING FOR AN INVESTIGATION ON THE
FIA BY ONBUSMAN AND FOR THEM TO REPORT
BACK TO YOU SENATORS!!!


The testimony you heard last week 3/21/03 was just a fraction
that is out there, Senators I'm pleading for your help on behalf
of all the rip apart families, especiall the children.

Here is one of the patterns Unity is seeing: Munchausen By
Proxy syndrome. Frist of all this is a physiological disease,
that is so rare according to three physiologists, is you even
heard of a case during your life time that would be something.

Here is a number count by Unity in our state of Michigan.

with yet.

Senators 19 of these cases of the 24 were all tested by the same
psychologist and the same medical doctor who examine the medical
files for this psychologist. Not only are these mothers given
the wrong physiological test, which is The Millon Clinical
Multiaxial Inventory 11(2).
The medical files that could and would prove your innocent are not
all recieve and examined, for one excuse or another by FIA and
all the change of commands. These medical files are only used
to gain evidence to prove these mothers do have MSBP.
The factual truths are twisted ect.
You wonder who is doing this. It's everyone all the way up the
change of commands. Now can you understand just a little why when you
tell parents to go thru the change of commands it doesn't help,
because the places that are set into place to stop any of this
abuse to parents, are broken down.
