I am new to this group and wanted to introduce myself. I was a CPS worker
for 4 years and recently got out due to disagreements with the system and my
bosses over cases. I aminterested to see what this group has to say what if
anything I can do to help or shed light on thngs if possible. I promise to be
honest to a fault and as helpfull as I can because my first priority was always
the children.

bulletin board/chat , but my hope is that privately/backchannel individuals in
distress are being helped.

You could help us by describing how you were hired into CPS, your back ground
prior to hiring and the level of training and supervision you were given.
