Dealing With Catholic Children's' Aid society
It is a horrible thing to know that still in the year 2004 our
Authorities
are trying to stuff Child abuse problems under rugs.
Below is a story of a father and child who have been, for over four years
trying to get help from the system and have been pushed aside, rejected,
called liars and even threatened by the very Authorities that we pay
to deal
with abuse issues within our family units.
Jesse's daughter, Kyla, at two years old went to her father and told
him to
the best of her abilities that she was being abused by her Mother,
Susan and
a few of her mother's friends.
Jesse was horrified and in deep fear for his daughter. He had no idea
how to
deal with this problem so he went to the Police and The Catholic
Children's
Aid Society. The Police wrote up a report on Kyla's situation and also
reported the issues to the Catholic Children's' Aid society.
Catholic Children's' Aid Workers did a slight check on the situation and
decided that Jesse and Kyla were lying to in order to cause trouble.
At that
time Jesse had no choice but to let it go. A few weeks later Kyla came to
Jesse again with the same complaint, Jesse tried again to alert the
proper
authorities but no one would really listen. Yet again and again Kyla
came to
Jesse with complaints of abuse and her life being threatened.
The Catholic Children's' Aid society then threatened Jesse that if he did
not stop complaining about this issue that they would see to it that Kyla
was taken away from him completely.
Jesse had Kyla for half the week and Susan for the other half. They
meet at
Pape Subway station to drop Kyla off and pick her up. During one of
the Drop
off's Susan physically abused Jesse and he was, at that time holding
Kyla in
his arms. Susan was charged with assault and the courts also ordered
Susan
to get therapy. Still Catholic Children's' Aid Society denies Susan's
abuse
of Kyla.
Jesse then, with the help of LoveCry's staff pushed this situation until
finally one of the therapists at the Hinks Clinic, {known world wide
for its
remarkable work in Child Psychology} agreed to assess the situation
for him
and try to get proper help for all. At the Hinks Clinic they highly
recommended therapy for all.
Below is a letter Jesse wrote to the Ministry Of Community and Social
Service regarding this situation and to The Ministry of Children and
Youth
Services because Jesse, being a very good Father wants to get to the
truth
and get Kyla the proper help and care to heal. He would also like to see
that Susan gets the help she needs to correct her way of dealing with
their
daughter and maybe some day become a loving Mother to Kyla.
This is only one of the many times that we have witnessed the
incompetence
of Our Children's' Aid Society, that has harmed children in ways that are
irreversible. Almost 80% of the Children living on the streets come
directly
from Children's Aid group homes and Foster Care homes. This needs to be
addressed immediately and our Children protected properly without any
delay
or denial.

I (Jesse Wilson) have had an ongoing problem with the C.C.A.S since
February
of 2003 when I first reported that my daughter Kyla Wilson informed me
that
she was being touched in her private areas and nothing has been done
to this
day.
The C.C.A.S to this date has done virtually nothing and I have
reported it
numerous times since then.
I stopped reporting it to the C.C.A.S on July 6 2004 when they
informed me
in a threatening manner, that if I keep on reporting and trying to get my
daughter help, they, the C.C.A.S., would take my daughter away from me.
I then found out from the police that C.C.A.S could not do that with no
probable cause so I worked to get an assessment done on myself Kyla
and her
mother, Susan Orr assessed at the Hinks clinic by Ilay Fishler

ext.3153 who acknowledged that everyone needs therapy.
C. C. A. S. still will not listen or give it the time of day.
The mother of my Child attacked me at the Pape Subway Station and has
been
charged. These charges are still being heard in court.
This matter was remanded in order that Susan could go and seek
therapy. This
is a Judge's order and we will resume in court March 14, 2005.
The TTC operator had to call the Police and is very willing to support
this
report to the Judge in court, as he already has on the last court date.
The mother (Susan Orr) grabbed my daughter while yelling at her, then
Susan
physically shook Kyla. I then picked Kyla up to help console her.
Susan, Kyla's mother then began to hit me and yell at me while I'm
holding
our daughter in my arms.
I was told by Nicky Tentoglou (416)-325-0658 that I should go through
these steps before
the ministry can get involved.
I have not had the chance to meet with Nick Nicoloff (416)-395-1975
yet because he is on
holidays until December 31 I cannot wait -my daughter's life is important
and does not just stop for the holidays. My daughter Kyla is in urgent
need
of help and I am asking for yours.
Please help as soon as possible.
