Ms. Marks felt the wrath of a Family Court Judge in New York five months ago when the Court wrested custody of her two twin daughters away from her. Allegedly, Ms. Marks falsely accused the girls’ father, her former paramour and casino mogul, John Alysworth, of molesting them. In addition, Marks was cited for allegedly alienating the children against their father. Marks has garnered support from groups like United For Justice and Mothers Without Custody.
