Ok now there is an attempt to steal my home and 5 acres.

I own outright the house and 5 acres - there are no liens or back
taxes or ANYthing owing

I left on May 28th 2004 with my daughter to seek protection from the
Midland County Families In Agony agency and the harrassment of the
CPS.

When I left I had someone living at the home - with power of
attorney - to protect my property. This person lives rent free.

This did not stop the FIA workers or the police and others from
entering and stealing without warrants on numerous occasions.

Now there is an "Agent" who is sending an eviction notice to the
person living at my home. The person is Dana K Maier (pronounced
Meyer or Miejer). She IS a real estate broker owning her own real
estate company in Midland. However she files the eviction notice
under her home address NOT her business and leaves a cell phone
Number NOT her business number.

In her legal papers she names the person I have living there. She
states they owe $10,800 in back rent (liabel, slander??? malicious
prosecution???), the tenancy has ended and the house is unliveable.
Imagine my surprise since my family has lived there for 20+
years!!!!!

The person has until Nov 11th to pay and be moved out or court
action will be sought to vacate the premise.

I did state the person has power of attorney, right?? Well in July,
while they were traveling the police stopped them and took photo
copies of everything in the wallet bank cards etc. TOOK and KEPT
paper of power of attorney along with other personal information
that I had given to ther person living there so that they would have
available monies for bills and taxes etc.

NOW in no way does this person know where my daughter and I are. NOR
would I in anyway jepordize them with that information. Although
they have been threatened numerous times with jail and that an
inmate named BUBBA wants to see them.

Please help me BLAST this so-called "AGENT" - aaaahhhh sounds like
the Matrix - with phone calls and/or faxes letting them know the
game is up and up fast.

I have already contacted certain individuals to handle paperwork for
me on behalf of this interesting twist. But any other suggestions or
feedback is welcomed.
