Hello,
Everyone I am glad to be here and to be a member of this group. In an
effort to get to know ya'll and let you know who I am I am posting my
story, the short version anyway. I have revised it a few times if you
see it somewhere else and my dates are off that's why. I look forward
to going to battle with you, I am a solider and a leader but I am a
good follower too. What ever the need is lets get it done.

THE CONDENSED VERSION OF MY STORY,

"I FOUGHT DHS AND I WON !"

I was a member of the 962nd squadron at Elmendorf AFB in Alaska. I
was a crew member of the downed E-3 call sign YUKLA 27 that crashed
on take off killing all onboard. I lost my best friend, my supervisor
and 1/4th of my squadron mates that day in September 1995. Tinker
replaced the crew and the jet. That is how I meet my husband (Captain
at the time) Major Fitzgerald in 1996. I separated the USAF in 1998
and we married in 1998. We transferred to South Carolina in 1999 and
lost our 2 children in 2001. We are now back at Tinker AFB since Oct
2002.

My story is long and involved. Just the statement of facts is 23
pages long. I will try very hard to streamline, please be forgiving.

I am a veteran of the USAF I flew abroad the AWACS for 7 years. I out
processed the Air Force in 1998. Shortly after I married my husband
who is a USAF Major, and a mission Crew commander onboard the AWACS.
We were stationed in Alaska and transferred to Sumter South Carolina
where we lived in field grade officer housing.

Up on arrival we went to the sheriff himself Tommy Mimms informed him
the danger my daughter and unborn son were in of being kidnapped and
me being accused of abuse by Jessie New a convicted felon. He
registered our Alaska restraining orders against my step father and
mother. We register them with the base who in turn issued a BOLO (be
on look out) for the entire instillation. The restraining orders were
violated by phone threats that we would be accused of abuse and my
husband career destroyed I would be injured physically and my
children taken and I would never see them again. We returned to speak
with the sheriff who had judge Mcfaddin issue warrants for their
arrest for violation of restraining order.

We went to the Sumter DHS and gave them a copy of the BOLO and the
Alaska and now South Carolina restraining orders along with the
warrants for arrest of Jessie and Mary New. I gave a statement of
facts that included Mr. News criminal history and his threats of
accusing me of child abuse by calling them at the DHS. Mrs. Flossie
Fulton at DHS said no problem we don't like false accusations and we
will be informed that he may try this.

We soon after had our son 21 March 2000. We lived without problems
from these people the next year and a half.

On 17 Jun 2001 my daughter (9 years) and our son (15 months) were
abducted from our yard on Shaw Air Force Base. I called the Air Force
Security Police, FBI, Police, Sheriffs dept. I made a kidnapping
police report. Notified the Air lines, passport agencies, the
Canadian police border authority.

Sometime later my children were located in Liberty, Texas. I had been
contacted by a CPS worker there who claimed she had a report that I
had abused my children. My children were at 1821 Reese St., Liberty
Texas my deceased grandma 40 year old 735 square foot home.
Emergency restraining orders alleging child abuse had been issued on
the behalf of my minor children by Mr. and Mrs. Mary New.

My children were returned home from Texas to South Carolina three
months after their abduction to be kidnaped at the Air Port by South
carolina CPS.

In the months to follow I was incarcerated twice, committed for 72
hours denied all access to my children and all during my husband
being oversea at war for 9/11. I was followed, threatened, harassed
and conspired against. I have committed no crime nor am I mentally
ill. When my husband returned from the 9/11 war we were 40 thousand
dollars in debt (at that time) because of CPS. He was in shock and
livid to come back home to the USA to find his family dismantled.


This all transpired while he was active duty and most of it
transpired while he was at war for our country. I was taken advantage
of because he was gone to war. I have court documents to prove it. I
was followed by cps my home and car broken into for information that
I collected. I have police reports to prove that.


1 year, 4 judges, 5 attorneys and 80 thousand dollars later South
Carolina DHS put my children in a children home for 3 months. My son
had been neglected by the New's, placed in a high chair 8-10 hours a
day, he had selective mutism and huge patches of hair pulled out,
missing from his scalp. A man sized hand print bruised on his back
and he began to smeared feces onto walls. My daughter had parental
alienation syndrome and needed to be deprogrammed.

I fought and won. There is SO VERY much more to this story. I spent
my time then doing research and hounding very important people like
the governor and legislature officials. I made phone calls daily and
sent certified letters. Most of all I knew my rights and I collected
a store room full of legal files and documentation. I collected
everything and recorded all phone conversations. I got all court
transcripts and case files. I learned the interstate compac laws. I
became my own attorney per say.( I am not an attorney) I am a mom.

I will help anyone who asks, even if all I can help with is listening
then I shall.

My husband is still ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY to this day (for the past 18
yrs) he is serving 24 years and is up for LT. Colonel. We are now
stationed at Tinker Air Force Base in OKC.
