The first step is a doozie, but once you get past it, it gets less
difficult. I totally understand that uneasy feeling of walking into the first
meeting. I didn't know what to expect, or what was expected of me. What a
refreshing
feeling when I figured out I didn't have to say a thing until I was ready.
You'll find that others at the meetings have been where you are, and will
welcome you with open hearts and arms.
