It is so hard to live one day at a time with everything that is going
on in life. Right now I have so much on my plate that all I worry
about is what is going to happen tomorrow to ruin another day. Then I
remember the One Day At a Time slogan and stop to realize that I cannot
do anything about tomorrow so why worry. Whatever happens I can only
pray that God will help me through it with friends and support. The
support that I have gotten from Al-Anon in the past few months have
helped me alot and I know that Al-Anon will always be there for me.
